Could not ask for better service. With a new app there are learning curves, when we ran into an issue at work I reached out using the get help option in Muru . Steven immediately got back to me and even used the video chat option to work us through the issue. Look forward to seeing how this platform develops.

Muru has done wonders for some of my new EMTs and Paramedics. Definitely a game changer for EMS. Programming Muru to be agency specific and also using gps to help direct you to the appropriate facility really make it the perfect back pocket tool for providers on all levels and in all types of environments. I believe this will be a great asset around the world. The this app team keeps up to date on research and information that for some could take time to process and send out. Technology like this will benefit the pre hospital emergency medical service in all parts of the world. I love having Muru in my back pocket. It’s helped me make a few critical decisions when I was working in unfamiliar areas.

I love Muru everything we need to know or any information we need to obtain to help with out treatments or protocols are at an easy reach, very easy to use and very useful for us first responders. I use Muru for school and at work. Amazing app to have. I highly recommend and Steven is always willing to add any up dates. The EMS world just got significantly better! I had the pleasure of testing the beta version of Muru before its official release and it does everything and more. Putting EVERYTHING in one quick and easy to use app will revolutionize the management of medical emergencies. Every single EMS provider needs to use Muru. It will literally save lives.

Truly helpful app for medical responders in the field. Easy access to all the revenant and up to date protocols without having to dig through a mess of data. Information at the click of a button. Great resource for those moments when you are in the thick of it.

On the way to a call when not driving (most often), I enter the age and complaint and am able to easily select the protocol needed. I can quickly review and have it open and available on a call. Even to the point of handing my iPhone to an EMT and have him read something to me. Great!

this app is an extremely handy tool for any practitioner. It provides ready, relevant information for protocols, dosages, and even closest appropriate facility for transport. Muru also has other little bonus items such as codes to get into unfamiliar ERs, and available facilities at each location. I’ve found it invaluable and highly recommend it.

Muru is great, anytime I have a question that I am a little unsure of it’s easy to search the protocols.
It has all the necessary information (Medcom #s, hospital info, etc.) that is specific to what area I work in. The team who runs this app clearly cares and are great about communications and keeping up to do date with everything. Definitely worth it

Muru works perfect Whether if you’re a doctor, emt, or just a normal guy like me. Although I don’t use it in grave scenarios like others might. I can see how Muru can be an exceptional guide and reference tool when doctors and emergency professionals are trying to save our lives with a limited amount of time. Every moment counts and Muru makes sure that doctors are given well informed refreshers when needed. Excellent job!!

I’ve been an EMT for a few years now and always struggled with last minute questions about what to do based on protocol and medication administration. Especially now that NY changed the protocol set, it can be really confusing. Thank god for this app which made this transition so much easier! You can literally type in any question you have an will receive an answer. Don’t remember how I tech’ed calls before this.

Been in the EMS field since 2012. What an app this is. Info on the spot, no need for internet connection, no need to do math in your head. It’s all there on this app. Updated protocols? No problem this app always seems to beat me to the new protocols. Should be a gold standard in hospitals and militaries world wide with no questions. User interface is simple enough, not too complicated. Was lucky enough to beta test this where I work and now it’s tough to imagine riding calls without it.

I won’t lie, I was initially hesitant with the new app as I had grown accustomed to the apps I used previously. Muru combined 2-3 different applications I was using throughout my shifts. The growing pains of switching were not bad as it is very user friendly. I had noticed an issue with contacting medical control at some pediatric emergency rooms and got a response extremely quickly asking clarifications and thanking me for pointing out the issue noted. Even after resolving the issue, I ended up learning even more just by chatting in the get help section. Definitely a fan going forward.

I’ve been working in EMS and emergency medicine for 12 years. Muru is unlike any other where you can access information without any cell service because it is downloaded to the phone. It’s really efficient and a great tool for all EMS workers, it prevents you from making a mistake because it pulls the information you need directly from protocol. It promotes safe practice and is very user friendly. I definitely recommend!

Muru is hands down the best thing to happen to EMS in the last decade. It’s intuitive, easy-to-use layout and the simplicity in which it gives you protocols, vital drug information and hospital information will make the critical difference when a patient’s life is on the line. As an emergency medical responder for the past 15 years, I can say with confidence that this is the best and most useful app you could own. I look forward to continuing to use this for the rest of my career!

Finally an EMS app that works like we do. It’s intuitive and smart. Type what you are looking and before you are done “Bam” there it is. It makes navigating protocols, policies, and even equipment quick reference guides and manuals at your fingertips. The best thing about Muru is it works as fast as we do!! Steve from this app is receptive and is on top of Muru , adding items and making tweaks so Muru works for you! Thank you for making my job just a little bit easier.

Muru provides unique features that allows EMS providers to have access to essential information quickly. It is a great tool to use when the information we are expected to keep up with is constantly changing and protocols, hospital information and medication can be accessed simply by opening the this app app. It is clear the people who have worked on creating it are passionate and care about the field they are working in. The design of Muru and the interface are also well done.

This is Muru that if I had the knowledge and means, would have designed myself. Fast, smooth and easy to navigate for those high intensity situations when time is critical. Super easy to jump from my specific agencies protocols, right to meditation dosing based on my patient’s exact weight. I also love the fact that I can easily switch my agency (because I work at 4) protocols and equipment/medications list. I’ve had almost every different EMS app there is but this is the one I use always, a must have!!

I distinctly remember a call where on the way I was frantically googling the medication dosage for patients of different age groups/weights. I wasn’t prepared and didn’t have the tools I needed to effect good patient care. I was frustrated that it was so hard to find nearly instantaneous answers to my protocol questions.

I guess the EMS gods were listening because I learned about the this app app a few weeks later and knew that it would be the vital tool needed to help improve my skills, preparedness, and on scene performance. Muru and team that put it together have been great and very useful!

Once in a while a truly innovative app appears in Muru Store, one that once you start using you find you cannot imagine life without it. this app is one such app. With this app on your phone, you can really up your game when treating patients. Protocols at your fingertips, critical calculations can be done far more quickly, and you can find the most appropriate medical resources for your patient in seconds instead of wasting crucial minutes as you would have to without Muru. Thank you this app for creating this amazing resource!

I’m not usually one to write reviews for apps but I had to for this app!

I was definitely hesitant to switch protocol apps at first, but after seeing what Muru can do… I would recommend it to everyone! Muru is straightforward and has so many helpful tools/features.

The support team (shoutout to Steven) is also amazing. I had a complication with Muru (on Christmas of all days) and needed to contact a member for help. They responded very quickly and they were so kind and helpful. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience!

Muru rides third on all calls, makes scanning protocols a breeze especially when headed to that hot job and you just want to be extra certain with no second guessing, the ease of finding exactly what you need and only what you need in pinch for that clutch decision is a God sent.
