There’s no way to change the currency from pounds to USD or anything else for that matter so you’d have to calculate the price your self. All the clothes are just bought from AliExpress and other similar apps to it and resold here. The prices are just kicked up a couple of bucks from the original price from where it was originally bought (obviously for profit though). From what I saw, the highest re-sell price was $8 more than the original. It’s cheaper and easier if you buy it off of the original app/website honestly so it’s not really worth it but it looks nice and is pretty well put together.

I love OwnSaviour so much, I love the clothes and the prices are pretty good. It’s no way for you to like and save the clothes you like and want to buy later. You could add them to the cart but the items disappear which is a little annoying. Other than that OwnSaviour is perfect.

i ordered 3 weeks ago and sent 3 emails to cancel my order bc i ordered a wrong size and on the last one said that I would contact my bank. Even though their “email response time” is 72 hours they never contacted me back. Well i contacted the bank to file a claim and was credited my 72$ back, instead of canceling my order they shipped it all, which is legal, but may be the scummiest business practice i have ever encountered and i would never recommend or order from this fraudulent website again.

It is a super cool app with adorable clothing, but I wish there was a wishlist so I could find all the clothes I want to buy at another time since I’m on a tight budget( and probably other ppl r too because of COVID) Otherwise, it’s overall a good app

I ordered a halter top on June 9 so I could wear it on a trip in mid July. Well I still haven’t gotten it and it’s September 24th. I’ve emailed them 3 times, messaged them on Instagram 3 times, Twitter and Facebook and STILL NO RESPONSE. Yet they can post on Instagram every day while ignoring my messages. They will take your money and not even bother to help you again. Don’t ever spend your money here unless you want to get robbed. Horrible customer service and business practice. Completely unprofessional.

I took a look at the website and it seemed okay so I downloaded OwnSaviour . Unfortunately there is no wishlist option, if you like it you either buy it or forget it. Also there is just no way to change the currency. OwnSaviour just needs some fixing, it’s a little poorly designed. most of the stuff is cute though I have read it’s not great quality, the pants are also a bit over priced

The clothes on this store are very nice but I’m an American and am having trouble knowing the exact price of things because none of it is in USD and there is no option to change it :(

There’s no way to change currency from EUR to USD, which makes it difficult when shopping. The clothing is cute, but seems overpriced compared to similar apps. There’s also no way to save items that you like so you can buy later, which is the ultimate deal breaker for me. Although, I do like how easy to use and clean looking OwnSaviour is. The products are easy to view.

I waited 3 months for a pair of pants. I email that company so many times with no response but they are still posting their products. I finally get the pants while emailing them so many times. Guess what? The pants has no holes for the buttons. So now I’m going to punch holes in them so the buttons can fit through.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a simple top in March and it is now August and has not arrived, despite delivery typically taking 14 days, 2 months worst. When I emailed in May, I was ignored. their website says to DM them for a RAPID response so I reached out again in late July on Instagram for a refund, (they have no phone contact number). I have received extremely slow replies. They are continuing to post and ignore my messages and I have been ignored for days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND THEY ARE THIEVES.

if you're reading this and want to consider buying from own saviour, this is me telling you right now to definitely not do that at all costs. i spent over £200 on clothes from there and the only reason why I got a refund after no email replies was because I thankfully paid with Paypal so I could open a dispute, although if I paid with my bank like I usually do, there would be no way to get that money back. I don't understand how they're still getting customers or being considered a safe business, when my experience is not unique and so many people have been scammed out of their money by them. please do not buy from there, all i can do now is make sure that no one else makes the mistake of buying from them.
