PuraVidaMiami is very confusing when you’re selecting pickup or delivery. When you make an honest mistake and choose pickup instead of delivery they give you zero room for error. When you immediately reach out to their customer service to find a solution like changing from pickup to delivery, or cancelling the first order so you can go back into PuraVidaMiami to properly select delivery and place the order again, instead they just copy and paste responses saying it’s the customers fault and that they get to keep your $50 donation. Even though I’m a frequent customer that ate at their restaurant 3 times a week with my wife spending $50-$70 dollars a meal. Anyways if this escalated to someone actually in charge I’m sure they would recognize the value of customer service and would of worked with me, but the business put too many customer service walls in the way.

This all started when I wanted a simple bagel and cream cheese listed as a “bagel and schmear”. They app displays a picture of what appears to be an everything bagel with some type of seed, grain, or topping on the bagel and cream cheese. Our bread choices were 1: “multigrain sourdough” or 2: “plain bagel”. The first choice is sliced toast (not even a bagel although it’s listed as one), the second choice is a plain bagel that doesn’t match the bagel listed either. It’s just totally misleading photo after photo, all in an effort to appear trendy or appealing, or to push their loyalty card. Unfortunately, I can’t imagine staying a loyal customer to a restaurant that intentionally misleads customers. This is all besides the fact that there are errors like the “price cannot be updated” or the many other foods that are inactive items but still are features at the top of the menu.

I just want to pick up an order. But I have create an account. Create a password. Wait for an email to verify me, blah, blah blah. How about I just give you my credit card and call it a day. I don't want emails. I don't want to create an account. Now I find out my nickname is taken so I have to find another just to submit a review🤬🤬

So, i don't tip on pick up orders as there is no service provided, however, PuraVidaMiami adding by default tips to your bill even for a pick up.

Ordering can be tricky and confusing! A substitute is not listed how it should, and there was a situations where i got a different orders completely. PuraVidaMiami need to to remove substitute or clarify what it does.

Busy day, but they let food that was made sit and did not package when coming out of kitchen. Waited over 30 minutes and then they realized that my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time. Saving grace was the food was delicious.

I had a terrible experience with an order that I placed for pick up vs delivery. I immediately attempted to change but I couldn’t so I tried calling and I guess the stores don’t answer phones. Went to app chat and I was forced to place another order, to be able to have food delivered. I was told that if I didn’t do that, I would not get my order unless I picked it up(which I could not bc of work). The agent had no empathy and was dismissive, did very little to help. He actually deleted a message that he sent me, basically disregarding me. It is a very poor and inconvenient process. I order everyday, I was expecting more from a place that the food is so good and consistent.

Yesterday was my first time trying Pura Vida after two years of traveling to Miami intermittently for work. I came back today because I’m already hooked! I was finding it challenging to find healthy options that actually taste good and satisfy in Miami - Pura Vida delivers!

Love PuraVidaMiami! The only problem I have is using payment methods I upload to PuraVidaMiami . Everytime I make an order via PuraVidaMiami I have to reload my payment methods. 😤AND my Apple Pay never works with PuraVidaMiami.

The Pura Vida app is very user friendly. I love that there are photos for EVERY menu item.
The live customer service chat is also a great way to check on your order. Well done!

I love this place. The quality of the food is so good. PuraVidaMiami is pretty simple and easy to use.
I just received my free bowls from my reward points. Can’t wait for more goodies 🥰

Highly recommend this place

I live on Pura Vida (west Palm). I have ordered all of my meals (4 or 5 meals) on Sundays for the last several months. My wife orders food from Pura Vida for her staff and residents, as well.
I can count on the quality of their food, and it being prepared the same way every single time. The employees are always friendly and the service is great. My only gripe is that I don't like that they don't accept cash.

I live in Bay Parc and I thought it was silly to order from Pura Vida when it's right down stairs, but then I got sick with a cold and having wellness shots delivered to my door was a blessing!

Great service. The in line order was completed at the time they said.

Simple and easy to use with a beautiful design! Great way to skip the long line and just what for my order.

There isn't a day that these guys don't exceed my expectations, everything is always so delicious!!!!!

I eat at Pura Vida at least once a week, I love everything about this place, now with PuraVidaMiami is even easier to order.

…about. PV presents lots of healthy choices, and the not as good choices all have redeeeming qualities. You can’t go wrong at PV!
