How to fix KetoApp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KetoApp app on iPhone
Update KetoApp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KetoApp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KetoApp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KetoApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KetoApp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KetoApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KetoApp App
1. On android, goto Settings » KetoApp » click [Force Stop]

Update KetoApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KetoApp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KetoApp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KetoApp.

Fix KetoApp unable to contact server/ KetoApp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KetoApp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KetoApp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KetoApp
