Downloaded this app to see if its good enough to buy. The app only gives you the food they created, and therefore you can’t enter your own Recipe or items that you get from your local store. Like if I wanna add almond milk or asparagus there’s no way of adding that. Also the app suggested that my calories intake is 2400 calories a day lol trying to get me to gain weight ? As I have done my body fat percentage checked and also how many calories a day I should be consuming and that’s a 2100 calories a day. Also a keto diet you should be consuming 70% fat 20% protein 5% carbs and this app doesn’t do all that. This app gives you way more than you need. Please give us an option of adding our recipe and adjusting calories and carbs and fats. I don’t need you to give me numbers based on entering my weight and age etc.

I downloaded this app, every time I tried to use it was extremely difficult. Wouldn’t let me do add ons. Worst of all was that I cancelled my subscription and they still charged me. Mind you I wrote about five emails to them and no response from customer service. There’s no phone number to call no other email to get in touch. Because of this app I wasn’t able to buy groceries for a week. I’m a broke college student and yet that seems to not phase them. If you going to create an app and charge people, at least have good customer service. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Never used the app, but very upset with the customer support with the app itself. Downloaded the app, had the free trial. Canceled the trial, but got subscribed for a half year subscription when I did not chose that plan! I wanted a chance to get a refund. Still have got no contact back from customer support. Told to be patient, I have tried that and it’s been almost a week now and have heard nothing. The emails all state they are “working on my ticket”. They gave me their business hours, yet still heard nothing. I’m about fed up with the wAiting process!
