I have a problem with Call of Duty Companion App

No current problems

- Inaccurate information in the app

- Omitted barracks section with challenge progress and Rank progression objectives

- Loadout editor is broken and doesn't load

- Lack of features in the app

- Heat maps are the only cool feature

- No ability to switch operators, calling cards, emblems, etc from the app

- No section to find gameplay clips, tips and tricks, weapon builds, etc.

- No section to get detailed descriptions on the in game weapons, vehicles, operators, etc.

App says that it has no info for my account but I just looked at it 20 min ago. It always crashes and says it can’t find my account

Its not connecting to my account its saying first check your first party account is linked

To resolve Call of Duty Companion App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Call of Duty Companion App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Call of Duty Companion App » click [Force Stop]

Clear Call of Duty Companion App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Call of Duty Companion App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Call of Duty Companion App.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Call of Duty Companion App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Call of Duty Companion App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Call of Duty Companion App
