1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Bible · Study Plans & Tools App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bible · Study Plans & Tools » click [Force Stop]

Clear Bible · Study Plans & Tools App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bible · Study Plans & Tools » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bible · Study Plans & Tools.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bible · Study Plans & Tools » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bible · Study Plans & Tools » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
