I clicked on the app to try a free trial of Hollow. It is a great app but I was charged for a full year @ $69.00 for a subscription, and I do not want this subscription. Please help me cancel this subscription. I have spoken to Apple and the bank that issued my Apple card and both resources told me to contact Hollow. Please assist me in cancel this subscription. in late August. I started using Hallow to see if it would suit me. I understood that I had seven days free use before purchasing a subscription and that I would be contacted at the end of my seven day free trial. On September 2, my Apple account was charged $75.76 for one year subscription. I did not authorize this charge and I’m not interested in subscribing to Hallow because I attend BSF, which requires significant time attending classes and doing home lessons, so I don’t believe that I would use Halllow on regular basis. Please remove these charges from my account. Pam Cardinal.

Please tell Jeff Gavins to never use that "wife voice" ever again. I had to turn off today's Daily Reflection and couldn't listen any longer. It was so condescending- I just couldn't believe he would stoop that low. Please do not ruin this experience with that type of behavior.

I cancelled my subscription but was still charged the renewal fee of $69.99. Also, the renewal fee was charged before the due date which makes me very unhappy! I found the Hallow Refund Request form and completed it but the document showing the charges won't download and you can't submit the refund form without the attachment. This is just another way to prevent customers from reaching anyone. If this is truly a Christian organization, you would have a phone number for your customer support department posted on the website. Unless I receive my refund as soon as possible, I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows that this is a scam just to get money and I bet none of it goes to the church. You should be ashamed of yourselves! SHAME ON YOU!!

Today is April 8, 2024. I have been trying to cancel this subscription since the end of February or 1st of March. It says I will be charged in 3 days on April 11th. This is ridiculous. The app is impossible to use, and instructions to cancel do NOT work. My account BETTER not be charged. I will contact an attorney. How do you call yourself a Christian app? I am reading all these negative reviews. You should be ashamed!

how can I speak to someone ON THE PHONE to get help. the web site is impossible for me to understand. I don't know if I have a subscription or not. I don't know how to change how to pay if I am or if I'm not.

I have been charged $69.99 AFTER I canceled Hallow as I tried for a day. I am Protestant and liked my Bible Version App better. I selected “canceled this service” on my Apple Card bill but they said I should also contact provider. Please remove this charge from my Apple charge card and CANCEL my subscription.

Cancel my Hallow. I set up the Hallow app to follow for FREE praying with the cast of The Chosen in Dec 2022 before Christmas It said I could cancel anytime or would be charged a rate after Christmas to continue. I tried unsuccessfully to canel before Christmas. I even went to local Verison store, my service carrier, & had one of their techs try to cancel the app. I am not a Catholic & have NO desire for this app. Please cancel my FREE use account.

do not charge a monthly fee to me for Hallow app. I AM NOT a Catholic and do not want this app. I signed up for the FREE use of the app in December to pray with the Chosen cast FREE until after Christmas. I tried before Christmas occurred to cancel my free use using the app instructions, but was unable to successfully complete it. The app would not let me. I took my phone to a Verison store as I have their service to see if someone could show me how to cancel it. Even they were unable to cancel this FREE app for me. You claim to be Christian, I am a Christian. I ask you to do the Christian thing & stop my account with no charges. I ONLY wanted that free prayer time. I have an account/annual subscription. This is my favorite most used app/Hallow. This is the second time Hallow would not download. Very frustrating to say the least. Tried everything to get into my account to no avail. Deleated the app in hopes downloading it again would fix it. Nothing is working. Please help me get back my account. I am concerned. Hallow did not let me in so I deleted my account and downloaded it again. It tells me I will be charged in 30 days to keep the app. I already have a subscription and do not want to be charged again until my current subscription expires. I am expecting to hear from you. I cannot get Hallow to accept a password from me. They have taken money fir my subscription, but I do not have access. I have tried over several weeks different passwords, and comes up with an error or that I have timed out. It doesn’t tell me what’s wrong with my password. I have asked for support and was sent to a third party computer company that collected all my credit card information snd sent me back to Hallow customer support. I tried to change my password again. No luck, why isn’t there a “forgot password option?” I have paid and can’t get in.
