On the Square Invoices app; I am getting an error message that states, Cannot connect to the internet; when trying to record a payment through the app, and sometimes sending an invoice. I am currently using an Iphone 13 ProMax and the cellular data is working fine for other apps.

How to fix Square Invoices app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Square Invoices app on iPhone
Update Square Invoices app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Square Invoices iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Square Invoices on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Square Invoices network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Square Invoices not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Square Invoices App
1. On android, goto Settings » Square Invoices » click [Force Stop]

Update Square Invoices to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Square Invoices App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Square Invoices » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Square Invoices.

Fix Square Invoices unable to contact server/ Square Invoices internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Square Invoices » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Square Invoices » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Square Invoices
