Used Rentomojo to rent a smart tv, with a 3 month free coupon within Rentomojo , which never got assigned to the order (realized this after the first month bill). The smart features never worked. They asked me to buy a firestick and refund around 600rs, which is way less. But never solved the 3 months free issue and kept ignoring it. Eventually, they say its your mistake for not following up with us consistently.
Wish i could give minus stars here!

One of the worst renting firm. After paying the deposit these guys ask you to guys wait for more than7 to 10 days latter still ask you to upload additional documents.
Disgusting stay away from them. Don’t wast your time and money

I ordered furniture and appliances with rentimojo and got them delivered. However the bed and mattress they provided are casing me lot of discomfort and unable to use them. The company is not arranging them to take back and replace or refund.

I got a very basic washing machine. It’s a bad product I used in my life. I don’t want this also and after raising complaints the company is not calling or resolving this. Pls take it back. I don’t need your substandard products.
