Worst renting experience

I tend to go with traditional rental companies. But on a recent trip to Miami a family member rented a car for me and my family as a gift. We encountered a disorganized office with poor customer service. On top of that no one answers the phones and Easirent and website are a mess. In the FLL airport this office is outside of the airport. So it takes a lot of effort to go in and out. Never again.
App not working

App is stack right after launch "download and update stage"
When reinstalling Easirent it will say no internet available and it's stack again
. Looks like devs are behind with some critical updates.. may 21th 2021
