We rented a car that was empty on charge when we picked it up. Upon returning there were issues with parking/charging and we rang the line for assistance more than five times with no answer. We even called the emergency line multiple times and received no answer. We then received a ridiculous charge and the company refuses to answer any emails or calls.
Was looking forward to trying GoCar out in Ireland, but could not register due to an underscore on my e-mail account address.
