3 Most reported problems 😔💔
That was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental car. Your Las Vegas location did not have enough help when we arrived with 10 other people in front of us, and 8 behind us. One of the customer service people was horribly grumpy, cursed, and was rude, and the other person flat out said, we can't get you all checked out before we close and I probably don't even have a car for you to rent. I'm not sure what they thought we were supposed to do? We ended up cancelling and got a uber to our hotel. I will not recommend easirent. I see I should have done my homework because the reviews are awful. It's no wonder why.
Worst renting experience

I tend to go with traditional rental companies. But on a recent trip to Miami a family member rented a car for me and my family as a gift. We encountered a disorganized office with poor customer service. On top of that no one answers the phones and the app and website are a mess. In the FLL airport this office is outside of the airport. So it takes a lot of effort to go in and out. Never again.
App not working

App is stack right after launch "download and update stage"
When reinstalling the app it will say no internet available and it's stack again
. Looks like devs are behind with some critical updates.. may 21th 2021
