Getting sorry can't save message. It's for a client and this is a 3 hour problem. I'm using app, I've cleared cache, restarted tablet, reinstalled app, nothing.
Cannot download any designs as a PDF. 'Something went wrong' error, no specifics. Tried on both Android and iOS, also tried uninstalling, reinstalling, force stop on Android, clearing cache, signing out and in et cetera. Downloading individual pages as PNGs for now, but those always download compressed with artifacts.
App not working just frozen
Won't load up and I can't edit or click any of my images
Everytime I changed my font the changes would not save, all font is showing as the same instead of different. Also uninstalled the app and re installed it to try and fix the problem but I am now unable to even log in. Many thanks
I have created designs using a design kit, but when I try to open them in my android app I get the error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown color
I added images to my video and downloaded it. It looks great, but the audio is now off. It plays perfectly within VistaCreate - but I downloaded it twice and the audio is way off. Thanks for any help! Karen
