I have the Jawa app, and it is under my old yahoo email address, and I don't know how to change it to my new one.
Cameras will not load past 65%. OK when they work. Useless now. Problems every few weeks.

It always has strange “network exception” issues. The cameras don’t wanna load half of the time to view live on the app. I need for them to add some user friendly options. Like fast forwarding would be so helpful. Right now to find footage you have to scroll through the seconds manually and it’s difficult. I wish I had another option of an app to use with my cameras. I haven’t been able to log in to view my cameras all day. When I choose app support - it’s all Chinese (which I understand not everyone speaks English) but I need help getting the app to work again. When it works it’s great but it’s always glitchy and slow and poor. Also, I would love to be able to view my cameras on my computer too which this doesn’t support. Help!

I have had 2 of these cameras for over a year and they have worked perfectly until recently. Literally within minutes, I went from no issues to not even being able to log in and getting the message “network exception.” All other devices and apps are working perfectly fine so it is not a network issue. This is an app issue. Frustrating since they have worked well for my needs and then all of a sudden not work at all. The sound wave binding is outdated since it needs to happen in a quiet environment. I had to dismount my camera from where I had it outside to bring it inside to do the sound wave but that still did not work. I guess at this point the cameras are worthless for me.

I’m unable to pair the camera to this app. That might have to do with the limited capabilities of the WiFi installed on these cameras combined with this poorly designed app. It doesn’t make sense that the name and password on MY ROUTER can’t have special characters and I’m not about to configure it just to support this one camera. Bandwidth limitation is one thing, that’s hardware, but everything else is an unnecessary software limitation. Also, the setup process is convoluted. I’ve never seen a process like this. “Send sound wave” What does that even mean? This isn’t a landline that uses dial tones to connect, this is all digital. Please fix your entire setup process. And add a WiFi detection and selection list, like all mobile devices, instead of having the user TYPE it in.
