I will be updating this review as it goes, as of right now this are the facts:
I bought a really expensive thinkpad laptop T14S that was supposed to come with a processor vPro 3.60GHz -4.80Ghz, when I receive the laptop that I check in the systems and the laptop bio is says nothing of VPro and much more less about that Ghz it says only 1.80Ghz, now they are not giving me any option than to return the package, wait up to 7 days for a refund and get a new pc that god know if wont have the same problem, I bought it online directly from the main page because I don't have the time, this is creating headaches for me and my business and no one seems to care or have any solutions that do not involve wasting time from a client.
one of the key processes for users is for them to check warranty status and register products via Lenovo , but neither feature works so screw this app's app. The laptops that this app sells are great, but the only way to handle warranty or product registration is via call centers... By the way the call centers are still very effective so just rely on them and not Lenovo. I hope to see Lenovo get updated in the future, but i doubt it.

Don’t install Lenovo
I use a keyboard on an iPad. Most iPads have keyboards now that only work in Landscape mode. Hard to red sideways.
Cant access my account in Lenovo because i use Microsoft outlook sso on the website. Lenovo does not have this. not useable
Lenovo won’t let me sign on now. It used to work, but now I can’t get past the login screen. What a piece of crap.
I couldn’t use Lenovo when I tapped Lenovo it immediately exit out and I tried again and it did the exact same thing. So yeah 😕
Lenovo seems to serve no purpose. It constantly asks me to log in but can’t figure anything out. It’s more productive to use the web directly.
I sent in my this app Flex 5 for warranty repair 7 weeks ago and have checked for an update on Lenovo and website continuously. Despite calling in four times, no status updates have ever been posted and I’m still without a laptop. If you depend on your laptop, I would not recommend this app based on this terrible experience.
Was directed to Lenovo via link from their website. Upon logging in, it shows access denied when I try to look at my orders or profile. Total junk! Will be cancelling my $1300 order, lost trust in this app.
Beware!! this app has HUGE - months and months shipping delays! Do not believe their descriptions that say products will be delivered in 4-9 days, it is an outright lie!! What they don’t tell you is that is the delivery time oF 4-9 days is ONLY AFTER the shipping company has it. this app itself is not able to deliver any products literally for months after you place your order.
Lenovo is very slow and inconsistent. Sometimes you can’t pull up something that you were able to 10 mins ago.
why does my computer this app 81A4 only work when connected
Lenovo is actually garbage and I hope my product I just purchased doesn’t have any of the features Lenovo provides I can’t make a profile to track my purchase or even see my shipping info!! Everytime I try to create my account Lenovo stops working when I get to the verification process and I’m very disappointed hopefully this can be fixed
