I purchased VoiceNotebook November 8, 2022 it worked fine at home and I upgraded to premium so that I could use it off-line on my tablet at my HOA meeting this morning. It did not work. When I got home I tried it and it didn't work at home either with or without Internet it did not work. And there is absolutely no way to get hold of anyone to cancel subscription I had to call Apple she couldn't find any way either in any case, apple graciously refunded my premium upgrade fee. I have contacted the developer to ask him not to charge me a monthly premium fee I have not received a response as of today Saturday, November 12, 2022.

Not quite bug free but does the job well.

After using VoiceNotebook successfully for several months in Safari, time-codes suddenly were switched off. Apparently solved problem by opening VoiceNotebook in Chrome.

I’ve used this mostly for Russian recordings, and it’s very accurate.
However, it’s not sensitive enough for Arabic...where it misses a lot of words.

I drive for a living and VoiceNotebook has been great for writing emails or just making notes of things I need to remember or things to do. I do wish it had the ability to read back what I have written.

Hello, I was not asked for a review, thank you for that. But I’m giving as it is a very useful voice to note program. Oh how I don’t like typing and this program is the best so far going on since I found it 3 plus years ago. Never been interrupted, I don’t think I seen a add. It is the only program out there that works the way we expect. Use it.. 👍👍👍

I try voice dictation applications whenever I see them. This is by far the best.

It has not timed out before I finish a note. It allows the user to edit the text using their finger to move the cursor and also open the keyboard. Then you can go back to VoiceNotebook ’s voice recognition.

Love how you pay a low price and have unlimited access to make your dictations. Would be cool if you could play with the speed of the audio so maybe VoiceNotebook could catch the words better? Over all, VoiceNotebook gets pretty accurate words when dictating. Love VoiceNotebook !!!

I just love VoiceNotebook. So many great features. I make list of everything thanks to VoiceNotebook. I am a Unpaid Multi-Series Published Writer. Hopefully VoiceNotebook will help me write my own book that may bring me a Whopping $100 check. Poets need more Pay! Have a Great Day Everyone!

I have numerous journals to transcribe and transfer onto my computer. This tool is making the transfer actually enjoyable. I read and reminisce and i find the accuracy to be incredible.
I am pleased to say the least.

I I am 70 years old and live alone in a beautiful place and I love living alone. But my thoughts wrestle around in my head and make it difficult for me to let the world in without crowding out my peace. My thoughts work slower than my mouth and to be able to see what my mouth is able to get out without my brain completely ready to say it. It shows me to stop and think about what I’m saying. I haven’t gone back and looked at anything I’ve recorded yet but I’ve been recording my thoughts since I opened VoiceNotebook on my phone and I feel like I’ve got a therapist. I have tried Otter, Google Docs dictation, Microsoft Word dictation, and Apple keyboard dictation on Pages.

I really love Voice Notebook, has an easy interface, and simply writes down what I say onto a page. When I turn it off, I can come back to it very easily. Plus I can see it all on one page.

The other programs I mentioned can do almost the same, but it takes extra steps, or the dictation auto turns off.

$3.99 for premium is well worth it.

Settings>general>keyboard>enable dictation I was then able to use my Bluetooth headset and VoiceNotebook! Works much better seems to understand me clearly actually. I’ve only just tested it but was happy I figured this out and wanted to share.

With the font size set to 50, we were able to communicate really quickly and well

I give VoiceNotebook 5 star as a whole but especially for the most important features in my opinion is the voice to text recognition. It manages to quickly detect my speech with minor error unlike Siri on my iphone. I don’t use SIrI much for that reason. I quickly get frustrated. Sometimes if I want to send a long text message I use VoiceNotebook then I copy and paste into message app and send. I’m happy with VoiceNotebook not to mention a few other cool features it has. Would be nice to get a update with new features or settings option.

I use VoiceNotebook to take notes. Anywhere. I do not have to have a paper pad or pen. I can take notes wherever I have my phone. I look for convenience and VoiceNotebook gives me that, even when I switched from S6 to IPhone.

Even as a free stuff, VoiceNotebook got pretty much all the features that would be required to a modern voice recorder. Thanks~~

When I have thoughts in My mind, this is much faster and easier than writing it down.

I don’t use nor need to record my voice, so this application is perfect. VoiceNotebook keeps the mic on until I stop it. VoiceNotebook deletes previous words, instead of just single letters which saves a lot of time editing mistakes. As long as I don’t bring up the keyboard, I can place the cursor whereI want it and delete mistakes and continue to dictate without having to restart the mic. That is a big time saver. I can bring up the keyboard if necessary to make more precise editing corrections. I would like to see a button to make the keyboard disappear. The way you do it now is to swipe it down and that makes the list of notes also scroll down and then I have to scroll the screen back up to get back to my place. I took time and spent some money searching for the most user friendly and versatile speech to text app and this one is it.
