Didn't work at a HOA Meeting

I purchased this app November 8, 2022 it worked fine at home and I upgraded to premium so that I could use it off-line on my tablet at my HOA meeting this morning. It did not work. When I got home I tried it and it didn't work at home either with or without Internet it did not work. And there is absolutely no way to get hold of anyone to cancel subscription I had to call Apple she couldn't find any way either in any case, apple graciously refunded my premium upgrade fee. I have contacted the developer to ask him not to charge me a monthly premium fee I have not received a response as of today Saturday, November 12, 2022.

After using this app successfully for several months in Safari, time-codes suddenly were switched off. Apparently solved problem by opening the app in Chrome.
