This parking app has hidden sections that aren’t labeled, so if you have a problem, such as being issued a bogus ticket, it’s nearly impossible to find the nine-digit number the power-hungry person in the parking ticket office demands. Providing documentation of having paid will do no good. Tybee is not interested in evidence w/out the hidden nine-digit number. You will be harassed. Repeatedly. Choose a friendlier beach town to visit and save yourself the nightmare of dealing w/ small-minded, small-town Barney Fife types.

They use this and wait until your time expires and tickets you literally minutes after. After I paid $3.50 an hour to park for the whole morning. The whole thing is a scam, won’t be returning to Tybee ever again because of the ridiculous parking enforcement. Oh an conveniently, the only button that doesn’t work in ParkTYB is the “dispute ticket” button. Even more of a scam.

There’s nothing about this parking app that is special! I downloaded it because I thought you could add an hour at a time, but in fact, NO, they still make you pay another minimum of 2 hours for also an outrageous price at $3.50 an hour!! Oh there is also a convenience fee as well of $.32. Seriously, what a rip off!!

Past two trips, app keeps stating “location services not available” checked location services in my settings to be sure they were set correctly. Yes, they were set to on “while using.” Very frustrating as I do not have change to feed into their meters.

BEWARE!!! I wasn’t even on the island, APP charged my credit card. Of course no help from city of Tybee. No way to complain on APP. Even the chat only answers to their pre selected issue, of course there is no category or option for “I got charged for nothing” BEWARE

Won’t determine location, no matter what I tell it in terms of permissions.

Frustrating. Good thing we had quarters.

Nowhere did it mention not working with discover cards and it’s clearly a working credit card, it’s the one we use daily 🤷🏻‍♀️

Beware of ParkTYB. I was trying to park and checked my license plate twice to make sure it was correct but when I finally reserved the parking, ParkTYB reverted back to my old license plate from CO. I got a ticket. When I called the city they said there is nothing they can do.

Always works well but totally needs to send alerts when parking is about to expire. Come on y’all catch up w Savannah

Love ParkTYB. Such a great idea. A true help when being a guest at Tybee.

Instead of hunting for kiosks and worrying about your time expiring when you’re on the beach or shopping, use ParkTYB. Saved us time and worry while we were having fun. Easy to use!

ParkTYB is convenient and holds your car and card info.

Very fast & easy way to pay from your air conditioned car;). Then head to the beach.

Great to have. The kids wanted to stay longer at the beach & all this had to do was go in & extend the hours. No running to the meter or needing coins.

Very easy to set up and use! Nice to get reminders and not be worried about parking!

No Apple Pay. Black bars. No password manager integration. Minimum stay 2 hours. Convenience fees. Meh.

Update 10/14, I have to say how politely I was contacted today by the City Of Tybee and all has been resolved and dismissed. :)

I paid to park with this app on 10/13/21, I was back at my car at 1:50 pm, got in the car and the parking police put a $47 ticket on my car before the time had expired and had a statement that said I did not have a receipt for parking..... That's Because I Paid To Park On Your Tybee Parking App!!! I live in Savannah, Ga. This feels like a complete rip off set up!
