DigiFinex is way too complex to use and if your not careful you could buy way more than you anticipated. The developers should focus on a simpler way to allow the user to buy and sell. Way too much going on with DigiFinex.
This might very well be the worst crypto exchange I have ever had the displeasure of using. Customer service is nonexistent and there are always restrictions on what coins are available to withdraw with no real reason. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SERIOUSLY.
They hardly support verification and you can’t sell on their platform.
Either by themselves or in cooperation with fraudsters, to pump currencies with low liquidity and sell them to the crowd at much higher prices.
The only problem I’ve ran into is that I can’t verify my Identity because the United States of America isn’t on the list.
I bought $10 worth of bitcoin to test DigiFinex out. They charged me a $5 fee. once I received it I was missing 20% of the payment. These people just straight up steal your money
Super hard app to get use to and too complicated to use . Transfer my Ethereum fund from Trust Wallet and never receive any fund coming to my account at all! I wish I can post a picture of my transaction that I transferred my Ethereum fund from Trust to here .
I lost my tokens via transfer to my wallet. They change the receiving address to different address where you won’t have access to your money. But, they will send a notification that you’re transfer has been successful but no tokens will arrived in your wallet. When I ask for support they keep passing information to the next person who have knowledge on the issue and will disconnect you if you confront them regarding the issue. DO NOT TRUST DigiFinex. I wonder why apple is keeping DigiFinex in its stores.

It's a shame that all these people with this app wallet are too dumb to be allowed to use decentralized apps. It's almost as of apple wants a monopoly on what apps can be used on their platform. I recently switched to ios and this is the dorat6tims I've regretted doing it. Thanks for protecting us from ourselves apple. I feel much safer now that you've blocked the dapp browser. I almost did something crazy and bought bitcoin!
this exchange is a reall scam. It wont let you whithdraw your funds. they are thieves. I wonder why DigiFinex is in the appstore!!!!

I don’t know how a token named hash panda got into my wallet, I got about 460million of the token. I do I go about this because I have already sold out of it. I hope this is not a dusting attack. Please get back to me about this
It seems very secure just make sure you don’t give the phrase to anybody. Put it in a safe place. It is very easy to download and install from both Apple and Google play store. That’s it. Follow the instructions.
