CAFU Fuel Car Service To You Reviews

This WAS a great app - I have been a regular customer and have recommended it to others several times. However, the most recent update has crippled it and now it doesn't work. Formerly it worked fine with all normal payment methods. But now they've downgraded to no longer be compatible with standard payment methods. This seems to represent a withdrawal from the international banking system and commitment to a provincialization of CAFUFuelCarServiceToYou , in a way that is not compatible with the banking needs of the primarily expat population in Dubai. The fix here would be easy - they just need to roll CAFUFuelCarServiceToYou back to the version from last month that worked fine, and everyone would be happy. Cafu, if you're listening, you broke your app. That was dumb. But this seems to be a fixible decision. So fix the problem, let me know, and maybe I'll come back as a customer.

They broke my car seat during the cleaning service, and when I showed them, they lied, claiming they had pictures from before and after. I asked for those pictures, but they closed the complaint ticket and simply ignored me. It was bad service and the worst customer service experience.

Like most apps here in Dubai, it’s doesn’t always work. I’ve downloaded CAFUFuelCarServiceToYou three times over the last 3 months. Each time, there seems to be something wrong with CAFUFuelCarServiceToYou and different things each time.

This last time, when you try to setup the account in the beginning, it asks you for a phone number. After entering the number, I get an alert “Something went wrong, please try again later”. Later, it still doesn’t work.

Don’t waste your time with frustrations.

In November 2020 I got the worst car wash/cleaning. My trunk was still full Of sand from a resent beach trip with the kids and the outside of the car was not very clean with visible bird droppings on the hood. After immediately calling customer service I was advised to email my complaint with photos which I did. I received a confirmation email of my complaint and nothing else until this morning in April2021 when I received an email asking to rate how my complaint was handled. Let’s just say the guys at the mall do a better job for less money!!!!!

First time I make a review .. I had to place the request three time and it’s cancelled and even blocked the money . Drivers don’t want work just cancel requests and say place another after long hours waiting , if they want make app it has to be immediate service within hours with accurate location detection and tracked support calls

Once required to use the service, as tank was fully empty, and was not possible start the engine. However, Cafu team did not agreed to fill the tank in open-communal garage, even after discussion with high management. They have asked to bring the car outside. Better to use station to fill instead.

Security is issue: Cafu requires customer, to park a car on street and asks to keep it open. But security missed.

Totally worthless.

for the second time the worst experience ever. i ordered emergency fuel that is supposed to reach as quickly as possible if you’re in dubai with a max time of 35 min. i got mine deliver after AN HOUR A WHOLE HOUR on Friday from 11:50 am to 12:50 pm ! with no updates no confirmation of the expecting time to get the fuel delivered nothing literally they can not provide a simple tracking service to check at what time exactly the driver supposed to reach , no but you have to wait patiently in a 45°C weather during RAMADAN . i simply asked is it possible to contact the driver by myself to check with him cause this way is easier for me instead of calling customer service and wait a whole 15 min on the line and then stay on hold for nothing , the lovely lady said he’s gonna contact you but guess what ? exactly he did not call. so you basically you have to order and pray for them to get their job done . waste of time and money , it’s been years now but you guys are not improving in any way .

Great innovation, app and service.
It's more than awesome to fill fuel in my car at home or at work or anywhere.
No more wasting precious weekends to go to petrol stations to fill my car fuel tank.

I live in Dubai sports city and if I happen to forget to re-fill my vehicle it’s just one gear away to top up my tank near the cricket stadium.

It is rare for a piece of tech to cost me, the end user, nothing — and yet add value to my daily life.
Same price as the petrol station.
Saves me times.
Saves me stress.
On time every time.
Good customer service.
I’ve never been overcharged.

The ONLY feedback I would give is allowing foreign credit cards…. I use my credit card from back home for points and don’t have a local credit card.

Overall, it deserves 5 stars.

Where can I start? Simply one of the best services in Dubai! With few clicks, you can fuel your car, wash your car, but your can accessories, change oil and filter and even change your car tyers

This is probably the worlds first mobile refueling app and these guys take their jobs very seriously. I’ve not been to a gas station in the last 3 months and I will not go back to a gas station unless I absolutely have to. An intuitive app and a professional service.

I recently moved to a villa. My wife always forgets to fill up her car and I have to take it at night to the petrol station and it wastes at least 30 minutes. Cafu is a life saver. I’ve been using CAFUFuelCarServiceToYou for a month now and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a petrol station.

Car gets refueled without having to go to petroleum station!
