this app is actually more like LoseIt when it comes to my tickets. I have referred 10 people (credited for only one), whatever. Have supported WinIt for a very long time, before I downloaded it. Yet, have not been able to WIN one ticket even after I’ve provided photographic evidence that I was right. Had I just taken the time to go to the DMV myself and fought it, I’ve would’ve won. Gladly, I didn’t report my traffic ticket to this app, just went myself and fought it. I won that ticket, no points, and left satisfied that I won, FINALLY.
this app will work for some, but if you already have had tickets in the past, your best chance is to fight it yourself and not through WinIt . Also Off The Record (they help with traffic tickets only) and the NYC (Pay or Dispute) app is amazing. Dispute it yourself (via online hearing) and pay on WinIt . No extra charges or third party to deal with.

I will continue to tell people about you if they’re new to driving, but with warnings if they’re not. Besides that Best wishes for the future.

this app was able to connect me with a law firm that’s was able to dismiss 1 out of 2 tickets. I entered my ticket info to check pricing but didn’t check out right away. After that I kept receiving calls from their team trying to sell their service which is basically a middle man to connect you to a lawyer. After I decided to proceed and pay WinIt states I should expect a call from the lawyer. Also the sales women stated I would receive a call. I never received a call from the lawyer and the statement I provided the saleswomen was never forwarded to the lawyer. When I spoke to customer service they stated it wasn’t their responsibility to forward info to the law firm and offered a $20 refund. Considering I was given incorrect info by their sales team and was told I was lying by their customer service team I would never use this service again. Do yourself a favor and just search for a lawyer via google. Terrible communication, rude customer service, and lack of accountability is a spot on description. I now have 3 points on my license and had to pay a fine because of the terrible law firm they connected me to.

So basically my boyfriend decided to use WinIt got a boot on his car for 5 parking violations that he had used this app to resolve (2 of which had their hearings complete and were in judgment, and the other 3 were in judgement). He had to end up paying over $600 additional fines to get the boot off his car and ended up having to pay for the boot, tickets and all additional late penalty fees. I also had used this app to resolve one of my tickets, but after seeing what had happened to him I decided to pay my ticket and asked this app to dismiss my ticket, which they said they weren’t able to do since it was already in the “system”. Then I got notified two weeks later that they had won my case....Great for me! Not. That meant I paid for this ticket again (but only $30, original ticket was $60). Then they told me that I could get my money back from the state by filling out a form (which we all know is never going to happen). So basically I ended up paying for the ticket twice and my boyfriend had to pay $300 for a boot and $300 in additional interest fees! So use caution.

Crappy application. Download the official NYC app and fight your own tickets. this app submits your tickets way later then when you click to ask them to fight them for you. In my case I’ve submitted 2 tickets that had a week+ to be fought before incurring extra fees, The result using this app is +$10 to each fine when they BLUNTLY advertise you won’t get charged late fees. Good luck getting that back from this app customer service due to their falls advertisement and lack of proper speaking employees . On top of that they charge a retarded amount as a fee to process your payment (which is their real money maker) they don’t bet on winning your tickets they bet on you getting fed up and paying them to move on.

They lost my business I rather fight my own tickets and pay $0 when I win rather than their 50% and $1.50 when I pay using my credit card rather than their $5+ proceeding AND very likely additional $10 that goes to NYS for neglecting your ticket and letting it run past the time they have to fight it.

WinIt is pretty good. They fight your parking and speeding tickets. It saves you the longggg gruesome trip to the dmv and or traffic court. I’ve been using this app for a few months. I’ve won 3 of my tickets and only had to pay half of whatever the ticket was. I’ve lost 1 ticket dispute thus far. I tried to use it for a speeding ticket I received, but they couldn’t assist me for unclear reasons. The few things I dislike about this app is their communication. There is no phone number to contact anyone if you need assistance, only an email. When dealing with something so important. I need to speak to a live human. Hopefully this is something they will change in the near future. Also expect to wait about 2 months before you know anything about your ticket. They do send several email updates letting you know what’s going on, which is good.

I received 2 tickets in Manhattan in a span of 2 weeks. For my first ticket, I disputed it by myself since I never knew about this app. But after I received a second ticket only 2 weeks later, I was fed up and came across this app through a quick Google search. I must say that I was a bit hesitant at first, but this app seemed fair in that they didn’t charge you after disputing the ticket for you. Also, their app and website looks clean and legit, so I figured I could trust them. I was surprised however that it took them about a month to finally settle my ticket, but regardless I’m so happy that they won! Like my mind was blown that it ACTUALLY worked! Also, Tami from this app hooked me up with $10 credit as a first time courtesy, so my final service fee to this app was much cheaper than the actual ticket price. Amazing! I was happy to rather pay these guys for their services than the corrupt NYC system for their disgusting ticketing habits. I wish I had used this app for the first ticket I got — that one is a $115 ticket for blocking a hydrant!! But anyways I’m definitely happy to have come across this app and after my successful ticket dismissal, I will definitely make sure to use them in the future anytime I (or anyone in my family) receives a ticket in NYC. Thanks again this app!!!

The people that power WinIt and do the work behind the scenes are wonderful. They get the job done and keep you well informed every step of the way. Don’t worry about getting any late fees during the process because all of that gets frozen while you wait for a decision. They were able to get my ticket thrown out in less than a month and that is fast considering how slow the NYC court system is. Thank God I found WinIt. I got my car towed and received a ticket. I paid $185 plus a $2 processing fee to get my car out of the Police Manhattan tow yard and then fined $115. They were trying to double dip me but this app bailed me out. If you are on the fence don’t be. You risk nothing by giving them a shot.

Win it has helped me out with a lot of my tickets. WinIt is well made and easy to use, and there are very competitively priced options for attorneys to deal with traffic tickets. They deal with your parking tickets too, and they’ll even notify you when your vehicle gets another ticket in their database, and they give you the option to dispute it or pay it right from WinIt . This way you don’t have to use NYs very terribly made website. Definitely give WinIt a try if you tend to receive more than 2 tickets a year. Give it a try if you just recurved the first ticket in your life. I recommend WinIt to my friends and family.

I have been plagued by NYC parking tickets for about two decades and it’s cost me a small fortune , I have actually kept a lot, not all of the receipts and the total is about $12,000 ( insane&all my fault no doubt . A large part of those fines were due to the ticket going in to judgement which happens after 90 day of it being unpaid . So I heard if WinIt and installed it and even though now lately I’ve been on top of it and rarely get a ticket nowadays , I ended up getting towed and of course on top of it I got $115 ticket . Well WinIt automatically picked ups the ticket ( you can implement this option in the settings of WinIt when you register with the service) and puts it into litigation which means it won’t go into to judgement which it in itself is priceless and to my amazement after about three weeks they notified me that it was dismissed😀. I don’t know what kind of magic they use but in reality it probably should never get dismissed because it was blatantly my fault . But it in fact did . I love WinIt you actually have someone in your corner who can stand up to NYC Traffic enforcement and win... I highly recommend this awesome app3.

First time I used and they lost the case. But why did I give 5 stars? Because their great! Easy to use. Very honest with everything and very helpful. I was worried if they lost the case I’ll have to pay more than the original amount I owe. But nothing changed. I lost, so like they said I just pay whatever the amount I originally owed. Any questions or concerns they will make sure to clarify and they really do try their best to fight for you. Constant customer support and great feedback. Recommend this to anyone living in NYC to use WinIt to fight traffic/parking tickets. You’ll save a lot more money and get more support than wasting your time/money on in person lawyer. Did I forget to mention how easy it is to use WinIt and how supportive the customer service is? ;)

This is literally the best app out there and a really great idea. This fills such a need for me as a driver in NYC. I get tickets no matter where I park. They have saved me thousands of dollars over the course of the last three years. They have dismissed many parking tickets for Me in New York City. One of the best features in WinIt is auto dispute. I just select for them to fight all my tickets and don’t ever have to worry about it. Of course some tickets were found guilty but that is to be expected in New York. When I am found guilty I just pay through WinIt , it is a one stop shop. The best thing is that now it also fight traffic violations!!!! They already dismissed one case for me and I have a another one pending with them. I actually love them so much. A sincere thanks to the this app team.

I received a traffic ticket in February 2018 for making an illegal left-turn when the “no left-turn” sign was blocked. I didn’t want two points on my license, or for my insurance to go up, nor did I want to take off from work to fight the ticket. I had heard about this app from a news story, and decided to try it. Well, I just found out my ticket was dismissed!!! This was well worth the $124 fee! I don’t know what the attorney contracted through this app did, but the hearing for my ticket was postponed twice, and ultimately dismissed! All the while, I just went about my life and never had to show up in court to fight it myself. The one thing I did was send pictures and video of the intersection where the infraction happened to the attorney. I don’t know if they used it but it all worked out anyway! Thank you again, this app!!!

When I first heard about this app, I had doubts about WinIt. How do they appeal our parking ticket with only the ticket and plate number provided. Surprising, they did it! We had a parking ticket back in December. I just got an email a couple days ago from the team telling me that we won! How amazing is that. I don’t know how they did the magic but they surely are a magical team. I love that they email you and keep you posted through out the process. Sometimes when I thought about what happened to the ticket, I then got an email update about the ticket status from them. Not that we want to get another ticket but if unfortunately we do in the future, we will definitely use WinIt. Totally recommend to anyone who needs help on your tickets. Super easy!

When I first came across WinIt, I didn’t believe it. I thought it was a little weird to have some one else “defend a ticket” for me, let alone actually win! When I first downloaded it I didn’t want to input my personal information since another part of me thought it may be a scam. Boy was I wrong! Out of 4 tickets I have received within the last 2 years, this app has won 2 of them for me... Keep in mind Nothing in life is free so even if they Win It for you; you will still have to pay a fee. Imagine only paying $57-$65 for a parking ticket that was originally $115?!
P.S. sometimes it can take up to 2 months or more until you receive the verdict of the ticket but this app will email you every week or so just to give you an update so be patient & hope for the best! 5 stars for you!!!!

After moving from Florida to NY I didn’t understand all the parking rules and racked up in just my first week a ton of parking tickets. I had just started my job and didn’t have time to contest them. Seeing WinIt and even with its positive reviews I was honestly skeptical. Could they actually dismiss my tickets? Would it be that easy to pay through WinIt if the couldn’t. I took the plunge. I got all three tickets on WinIt registered my card and let this app handle the rest. It worked. My tickets got dismissed all I had to do was pay the service fees for WinIt (a small price to pay compared to the 200+ dollars I would have had to pay normally) and I never even had to lift a finger expect to use WinIt . This is the real deal, and a must have app if you ever have a ticket in NYC. Don’t hesitate and “this app” today.

I was double parked outside of my school, i got out to greet my girlfriend and walked up to her. On my way back i saw the traffic cop in front of my car. I sat in the drivers seat and my girlfriend was getting in. He couldn’t scan my car (dirty probably). And rushed the ticket by writing my plate and car body type and handing it to me. Of course during the ticket i was technically “loading” my passenger. But anyway it took 3-4 months or more for the ticket to be disputed. Nonetheless it got disputed and saved me around $60. Recommended this by a friend and would definitely recommend this to anyone. Currently recommending all my friends to use this if they ever get tickets. Of course with moving violations i use my real lawyer he’s the best never loses and I don’t want to risk points on my drivers license😂. But for parking tickets, this app is good!

I’ve been using this app for a couple years now and their services keep getting better. I don’t get tickets often but when I do I trust the this app team to dispute them for me. Prior to using WinIt I would hire attorneys that would charge astronomical fees. Since using this app, I’m confident that my cases will be handled properly and I only pay their fee when they win! Their team does a fantastic job notifying me of any updates and I always feel like my tickets are in good hands. Their high success rate and amazing App makes it a no-brainer for me each time I receive a ticket — the option to auto-dispute any tickets that arise (linked to my license plate) takes the stress away from me and saves me time (and potential late fees). Don’t go it alone, I’d recommend this app to anyone in need of assistance disputing their ticket!

I live in CT and got a ticket driving from Long Island to Manhattan Aug 2019!! I pulled over in the truck lane to ask a cop for directions because I was afraid I was going into the wrong tunnel. He said I’m giving you a ticket because you were in the truck lane and I said but I literally was pulling over to ask you directions because I was afraid I was going in the wrong tunnel. He still gave me a ticket (CT plates, white Audi). Sat there and watched another cop let a NY plate, minivan person go after she looked like she was asking directions. I felt a little discriminated against, not just because of our cars. A friend told me to contact win-it and I was SO happy it did!!! The hearing was continued to be delayed, finally scheduled to May 2021 due to Covid!! They stayed in touch with me the entire time followed up and my ticket was dismissed! I’m so happy and going to recommend to everyone who travels in the tri-state area!! Thank you Win-It team you guys are the best!
