3 times in a row I book a car wash at 8:00 am ! 3 times I canceled my order because they were late. But when I mean late, I mean really late ! This morning for exemple, I was waiting for them to wash the car before selling it. And they should come between 8:00 and 9:00. The help told me that the wash could be done around 1 pm !!! Don’t waste your time with Cafu.
Bad experience with Cafu
14/08/2023 i booked for car clean after I purchased a package from them, I left the car open and the pilot refused to clean it!
Today it’s 26/08 and a lady called me at 9:00 she is saying we are trying to find a solution
First you don’t call people 9:00 in the morning when I said this she said she starts at 8:00 am
This is so unprofessional waiting for my full refund and complaining to consumer right
Since the last update, I don’t receive the order receipts automatically on my email which is annoying as I need to reach out to the customer service each time on WhatsApp. They send me the order receipt 3 weeks after when my due date for invoicing is already gone. Please put it back automatically like it was before.
I always have refuelling on time, done by very professional people. My first experience of cleaning was “so so” but I guess I was unlucky because my friends enjoyed this service very much!
Used CAFU app and services to replace my battery and it was a seamless experience : service delivered on time, easy booking and payment, great staff.
