Contact Florida Lottery Scan Results Support

I downloaded this app last year when I moved back to Florida from Colorado. I promptly deleted it and will so again after I publish this review. With as many people buying scratch tickets from machines I still can’t believe Florida lottery has not updated the machines to scan tickets and give a choice of credits for winning tickets or for cashing in with the front desk. I also can’t believe this app doesn’t have the ability to scan scratch tickets to tell you if it’s a winner or not. The app doesn’t need to tell you what you won only to tell you if you have a winner, and if it’s not a winner then to enter you in the 2nd chance drawing if that particular game has a 2nd chance game. In Colorado you needed to download and then create an account and then you can scan your tickets. You guys really need to get on the ball here. The machines have the scanning option cause the front desk lady at Publix told me it has but it’s not set up for it yet. Let’s go people your losing money by not having this set up. I would be using it right now with my $10 winning ticket.

I watched the tutorial video and followed the tutorial steps within the app to learn how to use the ticket scanner. The program is flaky and flawed. Don’t waste money purchasing the full version. The numbers will need to be manually corrected significantly. I wasted all 5 of my free scans trying to use and it consistently messed up in each scan. Either a few numbers or all were VERY messed up.

Checked reviews even though they gave it a 2 star. Still download because developers said they did updates. Tried to look for numbers for Lotto Oct 24 drawing on Oct 26. Said they could not find drawing. Glad I did not pay as they have requested. I have 30 free tries. Thank God because it took 3 just to get the first ticket in. You have to do one line at a time if you wish to scan. The whole idea is convenience with an app. This is not happening.
