I have been using numi for several years on my iPad. Recently, when I try to open it it appears to open then closes immediately. I tried to download the revisions that did not help. Then I deleted the app on my iPad and downloaded from the cloud. That did not help either. I can still accessitb On my iPhone.

How to fix numi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the numi app on iPhone
Update numi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall numi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix numi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve numi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

numi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix numi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the numi App
1. On android, goto Settings » numi » click [Force Stop]

Update numi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear numi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » numi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart numi.

Fix numi unable to contact server/ numi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click numi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto numi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch numi
