Nobody showed up to mow for my 3rd scheduled mowing and there is no way to contact customer service or anyone! I paid for 5 services and got 2. Not happy!!!
The date picker in Tedious does not work for future date requests. No one answered my multiple calls/emails until I scheduled an immediate service. Then they called and I explained Tedious does not allow entry of a future date. I had to cancel and attempt to reschedule 4 times. They charged me a $10 cancellation fee each time I attempted to reschedule and despite multiple calls/texts they only refunded 3 of the 4 $10 charges. The original quote was $60 but changed to $77. They said they now use GPS estimates. The lawn mowing service was fine, more expensive than most but would be worth the convenience if Tedious actually worked. This is a nice idea but very poor execution.
I requested a service two different times and they did not match me with anything and then charged me for the service. Tedious is a joke.

Never quick. Be ready to wait 6+ hours for a job to even start.
I purchased a subscription for 4 mowings. The first mow went right on track. The second one that was due on Sunday the 11th of July, has still not been completed! I have contacted this app, about 6 times. I was told I wold get a credit and they would come and more the lawn. Still, nothing. It is hard to contact this app. All they offer is a text message, that I did not get a reply, until I contacted them for the third time.
Marcus did a great job with a complicated yard. We would definitely request and use him again! Thank you for quick and reliable service!
The this app team is absolutely amazing!! Never again will I have to worry about my lawn care or snow removal. All of the providers do a wonderful job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!
