Tried calling to ask this question, but your service stated you had too many calls and to try again later...then hung up on me. That’s issue #1...support is nonexistent.
The new app is beautiful, has several better features like better access to billpay. But without online deposit, it’s junk. Your banking hours are so short, your phone availability support hours are a joke (no after hours support for debit/credit cards? Seriously??), and I’m charged more each month for “ID Theft fee” than my savings interest rate, so I’m losing money banking with you. I have been a member since 1999 and just can’t seem to ever get what I need from you. I dealt with the old app and would just login from my computer for billpay. It was good enough and allowed mobile deposit. Without that feature, your app is completely useless. Did your developers just forget to turn that feature on??
