3 years agoThe app does not work. The company sends “specials” that are only available through the app. However, the app will not allow me to log in. It’s a waste of time, just like another commenter said.

Invalid Mobile Number?
App won’t let me register because it thinks my mobile number is invalid. Likely the developers have chosen to ban Google Voice numbers because they can’t sell your contact info to other spammers. Refuse business to Sarku Japan until they stop discriminating against Google Voice phone numbers and I suggest all customers inquire what Sarku Japan does with customer contact data…

Messed up order means waiting a day
Ordered online, the location messed up the order and they told me I had to call customer service which of course didn’t answer. So I get to go home with a not so great meal and wait to be called back
