- Timer can be annoying

- Pictures can be hard to distinguish

- Bomb countdown starts as soon as you click the replay button

- Added virtual “chess” that you have to gain so many points after playing 4-5 puzzles to earn specific tools

- Not able to turn off/on the themes you have access to

My old version stopped working so I uninstalled it and installed a new version. When the new version opened I was delighted to see it had saved my progress but it had lost all of the extras, tips etc that I had accumulated. Now whenever I finish playing for the day whatever hints and tips etc that I have received during my play are all wiped out next time I open the game. This is very frustrating. Please help.

Hello, I have been playing Onnect for a long time now. Today, I see “sparklers” on my screen. It starts with two on different objects and then continues to increase to cover all objects after they are selected. Cannot see thru them to play as they cover the board. What is this about and how do I permanently get rid of them? The you! June.

Half the time, the ad is just a black screen with a download arrow & a “vungle ad” privacy policy button. Need to restart the app & not getting proper credit. Very frustrating.

I am a daily player and pay for VIP. At times, today for example, the game loads without the vip benefits. I did try “restore purchase “, but that seems to accomplish nothing. How can we resolve this issue?
