When the add for wordless comes up, it freezes my game. I cannot X out or anything. All other ads I can X out. Frustrating

After ad to resume game a black screen appears and I cannot get back to the game. I have to close game and reopen and more often than not this does not always work. I then must reset my iPad to enable play. Then it does the same again. There must be a resolution to this.

Game plays for a few levels then when a video is to play it leaves a black screen then I have to close and reopen the app.

On level 600 (113) can’t advance to play next game. Continue to show 367 games to play before next level. Played this level several times will not move.
