I’ve been contacting customer service for days only to realize they do not actually have one. I get the same generic reply and I still can access my gift card. I am really disappointed with how there’s no actual customer service rep to chat with OR speak with. I feel like my money and time is being wasted.

How to fix Givingli app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Givingli app on iPhone
Update Givingli app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Givingli iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Givingli on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Givingli network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Givingli Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Givingli not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Givingli App
1. On android, goto Settings » Givingli » click [Force Stop]

Update Givingli to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Givingli App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Givingli » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Givingli.

Fix Givingli unable to contact server/ Givingli internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Givingli » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Givingli » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Givingli
