Not as good as it sounds
I bought this app for a student of mine to use in my class to learn English. But I am disappointed now since I had to buy the subscription... and it won’t even work for me to use on my own phone or iPad at home! I am not able to share the app with my student, but would be forced to pay another year subscription! Also, my Arabic speaking student doesn’t seem to like this app. as much as some free ones I found for her to use! I would rate it well if it wasn’t so expensive to use and if at least I was able to use it without bringing the schools iPad home! Additionally there is no person to talk to for support. When I e-mailed the company the rep was only interested in selling me subscriptions!

Word and Phrase Pack not functioning. :(
I use the other variant with words only and it works fine. This variant is none operational. I have uninstalled it, I have subscribed to the premium level and am still unable to download the language pack for Ukrainian. Without the ability to access the word and phrases packs this is a useless application. Also the Alphabet is not available. I have also sent at least two messages over the past two weeks to the development group with no response. Again not happy. Please contact me for support or refund my subscription.

I had Russian FEL previous version.
Software no longer updatable. Did u create a new app n discarded the old one. ? Old users lost their purchase ? Update. I contacted customer support and was provided with one year subscription to try the new version The old version no longer updatable Thanks
