This app is a joke. I tried to pay my parking ticket and it kept freezing and of course there’s no one I can call to get immediate help in case the payment actually went through. Now I will go online and try to pay it again and I’ll have to wait and see if the other two payments went through. But not before the fine increases! Don’t have an option to pay your tickets on here if it’s not going to work. Also, at the top of the payment screen it says to allow for a $2.50 credit card processing fee. My total processing fee at the bottom was $3, not $2.50 as stated. The inconsistencies and straight up LIES on this app are not worth your time. To the creators of this app- do better! If you want people to use this app, it has to work properly and honestly. As of now, neither are true and you are wasting tax payers money by having a faulty app.

This app worked great when starting my parking session, but when trying to extend my time the app would sit and spin and would not load an extension of time. I tried several times and it refused to load, despite me having signal and all my other apps working. I eventually gave up. After checking my bank account, the app charged me for every attempt despite not extending my time. It did refund them, but it’s still irritating. It’s also worrying that it charged the total cost of the session including what I had already paid, not just the cost of the extension.

After you go through the process of getting a pin via text, putting in an account pin, AND allowing location services, the app just says location services not available. Clearly they need to do some sort of update. Why do I need to go through all of this for the equivalent of putting a quarter in a meter? They are probably tracking and selling location data and worried more about that than fulfilling the app’s primary purpose. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
