Overall bad user experience, unintuitive user interface, all important functions are hidden and you have to find them , non existent support(support menu in the app doesn’t work), email response time 2 business days??? Can’t change my ukrainian phone number to foreign number, I’m trying to leave this bank but it doesn’t allow me to transfer my funds . I’ve never ever had so many problems and bad customer experience with any other bank I’ve been client to! This service only good and persistent at taking monthly fees. I am deeply sorry for all of the people who were forced to become clients of this bank due to workplace/ university.

So many security checks just enough to make users switch to another bank after several attempts to pay online using aval card...
Anyways, login and payment setup needs to be improved, imho.
Looks like online payments are not the priority for your bank when using this poor app...

I am sorry, that is awful interface, very bad UX, I am very much surprised that Raiffeisen Bank can not afford for better app. I am customer of Aval bank and then Raiffeisen bank Aval during last 15 years... guys the Stone Age has already passed away!)
