Essence 360 Reviews

Essence360 is so unhelpful it’s almost more confusing. It has the wrong location on some events and others just say a stage name but no directions as to where it is located (and the event center had even worse directions and no signs and the stages weren’t labeled). So far this has been a subpar experience due to the seemingly poor organization and instructions.

They need to identify specifically who will be playing and the times in Essence360 . A map as to where the lounges/stages are and how to get to them. Essence360 should allow you to have a planner to keep up with all the events you want to attend and travel time required.

Having an option to check in/secure a spot to events using Essence360 instead of standing in line for hours would also have been smart. Paying for VIP did absolutely nothing except give you a heavy bag to carry around and stand in line with, maybe they should consider shipping those items to the home since you can’t take full size items in a carry on.

Essence360 is still not working please

Essence360 is so glitchy it’s ridiculous. Every time I try to sign in I get “oops an error has occurred” or Essence360 will just not load at all. Please fix before the actual festival starts.

It’s the day of and I keep getting an error message that says “Oops…”. Fix this issue now because I purchased tickets on Essence360 and now have no access to the tickets.

E360 Please Fix Y’all App! I’m tryna claim my free pass to get in the convention center and when I click Active Now it doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t take me to another browser so I can add it to my wallet! It’s happening to some other people as well and not only me! Please fix this so I can claim my pass!

I downloaded Essence360 to plan our visit and it still has information for 2023!!!

Finding a lineup/schedule shouldn’t be that complicated! I live in New Orleans and have been to many festivals over the years. There used to be a clear schedule of who is speaking/performing and which stage at the convention center and another schedule for the concerts at the Superdome. What happened???

There is a delay of uploading the schedule in the application. Attempted to purchase e-suite tickets via app and was unable to do so. Searched for the e-suite schedule in advance for 7/1/22 but was unavailable the morning of.

Checked the e-suite schedule (7/2) today. As of 9:50 am there wasn’t a schedule available.

app crashes every time i open it. festival is one day away !! unsure of what to do, am not pleased.

I got Essence360 shortly after the 2018 festival hoping it would be updated for the 2019 festival, it was not and still hasn’t been updated. Even the website is a little out of date or has bugs. I try to email or register for events but I have no idea if the email went through because I get no confirmation. Essence360 and website being out of date makes it hard to plan for an expensive trip.

Why is Essence360 not working??? Please fix ASAP...

Essence360 for the 2019 Essence Festival is still not up and operational as of May 25, 2019. The Essence magazine states that all should register on Essence360 .
This is absolutely unbelievable that having paid a great deal of money to attend the 2019 festival including buying concert tickets that Essence360 is not working. GET WITH IT Essence!!!

My screen keeps going black when I open it so I don’t know how to register! All my friends have registered except me.

I’ve tried multiple times to register for 2022 Essence Festival but having problems getting the general admission ticket. I received the page stating I have a ticket but no link to click on to add ticket to my wallet as instructed.

Essence360 is horrible! It doesnt work and you are forced to register so they can sell your information to spam callers.
The website to see the music lineup by DAY and TIME is even worse

Essence fest is currently 19 days away and Essence360 is still not updated with the information needed to plan effectively. No lineup times, no information on screenings, book signings etc.

You have advertised in essence magazine the ESSENCE Festival and to download the new 2019 app. Please update the 2019 app prior to your advertisement otherwise we are getting the wrong information.

Sign in on app, press button that says activate pass, check email for confirmation, click link to access ticket, then add to wallet.

Essence360 is not updated with current and/or correct information. I spend more time searching for the lineup/schedule info, etc. App Not very useful

I was waiting for this years app to become available so I’m happy to see finally see it. Wondering if it will include a full lineup schedule so that I can select the acts I’d like to check out. This was an option on the 2015 app but I’m not seeing it on this years app yet.

I was disappointed that it took sinking for the 2024 info to be added. Now I’m having trouble activating the festival pass to add to my wallet.

App isn’t working!

App seemed to have updated to reflect the screening rsvp page. Essence360 continues to go black or return to my phone home screen when i click that. Please fix i don’t want to miss out on the tv and movie screenings offered

Every time Essence360 gets updated I lose some of the events that I had favorited and saved to “my events”. Can this be fixed?

Omg!!! I complained so much about being tired and just was over everything when I sat down to rest and had the most amazing experience. Thank you Essence!!!!!

Had no issues and the personal schedule was a great touch!
