Ok, so, I’m looking at the reviews, right? I see that most of them are all good so I downloaded ReelsStoryMaker and started putting pictures. After that, I watch it over just to see the quality AND ALL I SEE IS A BLACK SCREEN! WTH?! So deleted ReelsStoryMaker and reinstalled it, just to be sure, and what do I see?! A BLACK SCREEN. Fix this because I’m not downloading ReelsStoryMaker again until its fixed 😤

ReelsStoryMaker is a JOKE do not get it. I downloaded it, got to the end of my editing and was going to export it. I tried the free with ads option first and watched the add and then when it was done I got the “an error has occured” and wouldn’t let me share it. Tried doing the $0.99 for 1 month option and what do you know after they took my money and it was time to export “an error has occured”. Never ended up getting my video. Will be deleting. Waste of time and money.

I used to rely confidently on ReelsStoryMaker but latest updates have not addressed the New bug that shifts elements upon saving.
Not a little, off the screen!

Also, is it too much to ask that you offer a Undo button? Especially annoying to have a trash button at the top making it impossible to put elements at the top of the canvas.

Honestly as if you don’t test your app before releasing it? Do you even post bro?
Wow.
Now I have to find a whole other app to do the basic crud this one is failing to do. (Luckily there are 1000 of them all for free)

I enjoyed ReelsStoryMaker when it was functional but ReelsStoryMaker hasn’t been working for me for two weeks.

I paid for the pro membership and now it’s not even allowing me to use the paid functionality even though I am logged in.

When I go to purchase again it says that I’m already subscribed. I told customer support about this issue and they said it was fixed in an update.

After I uninstalled and reinstalled and log back in I’m still having the same issue and I haven’t got a response after three emails.

I do not recommend getting ReelsStoryMaker, especially if you depend on it for creative stories in your social media.

This was an excellent app when I first downloaded and subscribed but now it is not allowing me to save the work when I am done. This has been happening for a week or so. Very disappointing. I sent a message to them hopefully they reply.

They say an ad-free option is “coming soon“, hopefully that’s true. So far for me it has worked well in creating videos for Instagram stories. I just need to be able to get rid of watermarks and get rid of ads. Right now you have the option of saving a video with Watermark or watching an ad to get rid of Watermark. When the monthly subscription option is available I will probably use ReelsStoryMaker frequently.

I don’t like how I paid for ReelsStoryMaker and the watermark is still there promo some other way but not through the user that’s paying. I’m ending my subscription because of this.

UPDATE! Thank you for that info. Another improvement is allowing me to choose what part of an ENTIRE song I’d like to add.

So I had a really great feeling about ReelsStoryMaker. I’ve been looking for apps that you can actually add music with. But when I put the music in, it only played half of it. Also, it’s kinda complicated to trims parts of the video.

It’s had a few glitches but this last one is a biggie! I’m no longer able to add music to my videos anymore, just pictures 😞 Why did you take the option to add music to our videos out?

I recently got Storybeat and I never figured out how to share my work or how to save it. I am disappointed and frustrated because it is annoying to have a friend film it for you if you want to watch it again. That is why I give Storybeat three stars.

ReelsStoryMaker is great, and I haven’t had any problems lately, but I am finding it a little hard trying to add music that I want, without the portion of the music being selected for me; such as picking a song, and having a 30 second snippet of the song. For instance maybe in the next update, fix it to where you can pick any part of the song, instead of trying to pick 15 seconds from the 30 second snippet of the song. If so, you would probably get a 5 star rating, in all great job❗️

ReelsStoryMaker would be no less than perfect if the user was allowed to choose exactly which 15 seconds of the song that they would like to add to a photo/video. It is inconvenient that ReelsStoryMaker chooses for you. Other than that, ReelsStoryMaker works perfectly and is easy to use.

The only thing wrong with ReelsStoryMaker is my videos can only either be 15 seconds or 30 and I want to do a long movie without having to pay for something cause I’m poor so add a feature for movies please

The fact I need to use another app to post music to my story is so lame very disappointing smh

I love the ability to add music but just wish it was increased to a minute so we can post our videos to ig feed as well

I’m excited to have come across ReelsStoryMaker and even more excited that one can freely export files by watching an ad

ReelsStoryMaker has a lot Of different options to choose from. It gives you a way to make so many different pictures.

Please add some options to make the video slower or faster. It’s moving way too fast where you don’t have time to look at the photos.

Finally found something that does what I was looking for. It is so hard to find a app that just puts music to one photo for a post not story on IG. It did what I needed and was really easy to use.

listen… if you need to find ANY MUSIC like beyonce or taylor swift or something 😂 you can find it here! plus if you want to hide the water mark instead of paying for it (like most other apps🙄) you just gotta watch an ad. its that simple 🤷🏽‍♀️. trust me…

I love ReelsStoryMaker for it is (or was) the best I could find after GIFx app dissappeared from ReelsStoryMaker store. I used to enjoy putting music on some GIF's my actual music from my library, but now... you guys ruined it. I am having issues with the songs I want to use I can now only choose a predetermined part of the song

Can’t remove the story best off the video and if it was smaller and in the corner more but it’s just in the way of the video.. I only loaded this to add music and I’d rather find a app that doesn’t have a huge logo ruining the video ..

The things I don’t like it is you can’t really change it sideways and just because you can’t change it sideways some of the things you would do on top would be cup off if it was posted anywhere!

Looks like a cool app, but zooms in and unable to zoom out to see full video to go along with the music and weird rotation of video when trying to save!! So no use for me unless that is all fixed!

I read reviews and noticed that developers are still struggling to stop rotation of the videos for more than 6mo this now. Either music is added or not, portrait videos gets rotated to landscape mode. 🤷‍♂️

Im having some problems with the export of videos, the music does not work when i try to save it on the phone, it olny works in the application ☹️

This is the only app I found working for IPhone ITunes. Rest all are waste, says music format is not supported.

I love it but do not like the way it cuts off pictures!

I would like to put music on a video that’s longer than 15 or 30 seconds. Is that possible?

I have been a Storybeat user for over 1 year. Starting yesterday it no longer is saving the videos so that I can add them to my Instagram stories. Please help.
