Your website is CRAP and does not DO anything. Very misleading I only wanted 3 day Trial and then to cancel afterwards. I've been charged for 1 year subscription to something I DO NOT WANT and demand a FULL REFUND of my $34.99 Immediately. I am reporting your App. Your WEBSITE doesn't even work or provide the information that I wanted for a 3 day period. I do NOT and DID NOT want a 1 year subscription AT ALL. I will checking my e-mail address after sending this message. for a full REFUND of the $34.99 that was stolen from me without my consent.

This App is a JOKE do not get it. I downloaded it, got to the end of my editing and was going to export it. I tried the free with ads option first and watched the add and then when it was done I got the “an error has occured” and wouldn’t let me share it. Tried doing the $0.99 for 1 month option and what do you know after they took my money and it was time to export “an error has occured”. Never ended up getting my video. Will be deleting. Waste of time and money.

Ok, so, I’m looking at the reviews, right? I see that most of them are all good so I downloaded the app and started putting pictures. After that, I watch it over just to see the quality AND ALL I SEE IS A BLACK SCREEN! WTH?! So deleted the app and reinstalled it, just to be sure, and what do I see?! A BLACK SCREEN. Fix this because I’m not downloading this app again until its fixed 😤

I enjoyed the app when it was functional but The app hasn’t been working for me for two weeks.
I paid for the pro membership and now it’s not even allowing me to use the paid functionality even though I am logged in.
When I go to purchase again it says that I’m already subscribed. I told customer support about this issue and they said it was fixed in an update.
After I uninstalled and reinstalled and log back in I’m still having the same issue and I haven’t got a response after three emails.
I do not recommend getting this app, especially if you depend on it for creative stories in your social media.
