GALATEA Status

I have to tap to get the next sentence of the story. It also keeps returning to a previous sentence instead of moving forward and continues to do this over and over again. This is the second time this has happened. Last time was about a week ago. It mysteriously corrected itself after several days.

The app won’t load in my phone. The screen goes black then closes without loading.

I bought 3 months of membership. I have a lot of problems with this app but the most irksome is the wait for chapters. There is a no wait with the membership. Please fix this . Thank you Rebekah Grant

I paid for a year and for the past week I cannot access the app and before it was hit or miss getting on. This is unacceptable.

Can open app….. when I get it open it crashes

It won't let me past the 18+ page! I see it but it won't let me see the answers to reply!

My app on the IPhone stopped with the latest upgrade!

I try to open The Millennium Wolves and it pops up with a white box that says... Error occured Cannot load the_millennium_wolves_2 I just updated the app. I have tried switching my wifi connections. I freed up storage space. I'm not sure why it's not working but I would love to resume reading. Can someone help me?

It’s been 4 days since it stopped working!!! I payed for a year it and I expect to get to use it for that time!!! Fix it!!!

I have been trying to open app for two days and it won’t let me!!! What can be done?

App is not loading sits at start screen and doesn’t display at all. Using iPhone it was fine before the latest app upgrade it insisted needed to be done

I have been trying to 2 days to read “my books”, and every time is says “error can’t load chapters”. Ridiculous already. Restarted, deleted and reinstalled app and still not working.

app is down, chapters won't load, coutdonw timer wont load, can't trade points for new chapters, checked internet connection and its working fine on everything else except galatea, uninstalled and reinstalled app many times, still not working! so frustrating! request failed with status code 504, can't load the book on my library...

Galatea app is down on my iPad and iPhone. Checked both cellular data and home wifi.

Looks like the app is down tonight. app version is up to date. all restart have failed and even restarting the iphone didn’t work. Error message displayed at last attempt suggesting to contact support error code timeoutu of 60000ms exceeded.

My app keeps telling me there’s not enough free disk space but won’t let me clear my cache to free up space.

I just downloaded the app and it's not showing any novels at all. It has been loading for the past 30mins

I can’t go to next chapter. Its stuck. This is about the 4 th time in 2 months, but before it lasted only 24 hours, and then it was suddenly ok. Now its been almost a week..

The app is not opening chapters after the 6 hour wait...when exiting the countdown screen it goes back into the chapter I just read instead of home screen

I am reading “the millennium wolves” book 1 and I can’t move last chapter ten even after the 6 hours break

I was reading last night and today I cannot get back to where I left off. It shows the underlined check mark next to where I left off, but it won't allow me to access it. when I tap on the button for that chapter where I left off, nothing happens. Or it wants me to pay for everything I have already paid for

i have a monthly subscription to galatea. why is it still making me wait 6 hours for a new chapter, or requesting i buy points?

Have found some great stories over the last month — however, I **HAVE YET** to see a chapter unlock after six hours as advertised. I’ve waited as long as ten hours; when I check in, the clock is still showing 5:59:59, as if I’d just finished a chapter. What gives?
