This new app is so complicated and time consuming! It takes longer to do anything and I hate how I can not see my upcoming schedules! Everything about it is so difficult! Go back to the old one and stop going up on the monthly fee!
The old app gave insight into future Billings as well as notified me when money had cleared by changing from posted to settled. PaySimple is not comparable at all.
Not good that we cannot see upcoming charges or pending etc. the former one was better.
I’m not sure why they updated it. It’s complicated and I don’t like that I can’t see my upcoming/recurring chargers now. This was not a good idea. The last version was so much better than this one and quicker and less complicated.
PaySimple works great but a few more features would make it so much more useful! First of all add the cash or check payment options like you have on the website! Also the ability to track inventory is desperately needed. Both a starting inventory quantity and an easy way to see hone of a particular item has been sold! Until then just logging into the this app website point of sale page works better than PaySimple .
