Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tipsy app issues:

Force Stop the Tipsy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tipsy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tipsy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tipsy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tipsy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tipsy.

Fix Tipsy unable to contact server/ Tipsy internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tipsy » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tipsy » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tipsy on android.

Spin the tip wheel up and down to quickly calculate different tip and total values. Complications are available on many Apple Watch faces for fast access. Spin the digital crown to see different different tip and total values. Or choose Calculator Keyboard Layout, with 789 on the top row. Use this app to quickly and discreetly calculate a tip on your Apple Watch. Phone Keyboard Layout is the default, with 123 on the first row. Optionally round up the tip or total to the nearest dollar. When this app hasn’t been used for 15 minutes, it automatically clears, ready to go. Split the check up to 8 ways.
