UX is OK, actually pretty good, but important details left out. Premium does not add any advanced search features despite the upsell screen saying it does (I made the mistake of upgrading). No way to search by sexual role which is kinda important and tells me nobody there has even consulted a trans person. Profiles give a city/town but not a state (huh?), profiles don’t have a last visited date or timeline and it’s clear 99% of profiles are not active and/or have been abandoned. There is no support, emails go unanswered. Oh, and the database is mixed with some fetish app, which is clear from the sexual role options and the fact that if you’re a guy looking for trans your inbox will blow up with cis women looking for love with other men into their fetishes and who didn’t join a trans dating app. Lame and insulting.

I’ve only had an account on this app for a day and I got logged out with it saying “account does not exist” every time I try to get back in. It won’t send anything to my email I used to sign up and I don’t have much hope for the support request email I sent. I have no idea if my information and pictures are still being displayed to others or if my account is completely gone and it’s making me nervous. I was mostly enjoying the app before this, despite the weird amount of cis guys that were obviously chasers and the questionable label options you could choose to show more info about yourself. I probably would've given it 3-4 stars until now, but now I just want to now what happened to my pictures and information.

I’ve never encountered a worse performing app or piece of software since what I wrote myself in an Introduction to Programming in Basic class 35 years ago. Some transgendered people may really appreciate that an app has been created FOR them and is not discriminatory towards them like much of society is. However, that doesn’t mean the app works well. I suspect the 1800 or so 5 star ratings are mostly fake, done by the developer. Some of the written reviews are OBVIOUSLY FAKE. There are multiple identical reviews... word for word heart string pulling stories, submitted by different people. Then there are the fake members. Gorgeous woman with blank profiles, sending roses and hitting on older guys.... but they live 500 to 10,000 miles away. Sure.
