• Tiles do not stay on the wall

• No response from customer service when needed

• Three of the tiles had air bubbles between the photo and the tile, making them not attractive

got the tiles... (2) the positioning of the subjects should have been moved up, in the right upper corner there is something that should have been removed or positioned so the item on the right upper corner would not be visible... can this be corrected we got 2 of the glass tiles. please correct this, and send 2 new tiles.. that would be appreciated. please let me know if this can be corrected.

Update FreePrints Photo Tiles app to the Latest Version for iOS

Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FreePrints Photo Tiles on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FreePrints Photo Tiles network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the FreePrints Photo Tiles App
1. On android, goto Settings » FreePrints Photo Tiles » click [Force Stop]

Update FreePrints Photo Tiles to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FreePrints Photo Tiles App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FreePrints Photo Tiles » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FreePrints Photo Tiles.

Fix FreePrints Photo Tiles unable to contact server/ FreePrints Photo Tiles internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FreePrints Photo Tiles » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FreePrints Photo Tiles » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FreePrints Photo Tiles
