There are multiple issues with UAEPASS one you got an OTP on your phone just to login but then wait you need to also get an OTP on your email in 30 seconds which does not come until five minutes, what’s the sense in that?
Then I need to verify by scanning my Emirates ID, so yes, give permission click on Emirates ID, but nothing happens, I try again scan Emirates ID, open take a picture enough light pops up and then disappears, nothing happens. I still have this “scan Emirates ID” button so I tried that several times using different angles, lights, timings sizes, close or far from the Emirates ID, and nothing happens.

It’s a shame to waste time on UAEPASS and finally come out with nothing! it really needs some serious work.
Now I want to look up where the kiosks are!

advice for the developers please make it easy for the people that are using it. Today I was not able to get what I needed from something that UAEPASS is supposed to do effortlessly.

I asked for help and they were responsive but they were unhelpful. I had to figure out for myself that UAEPASS won’t accept a last name shorter than 2 letters even though that is what my passport says. Very inconvenient that this only runs as an app and that you cannot sign up on the desktop. I’m probably not going to be able to set this up in time now that I have to call them and the time zones are drastically different. Please fix this.

I don't understand why UAEPASS has such awful development. The servers can never load in. I can't even access my 'already requested' documents which are supposed to be stored locally on UAEPASS after they've already been requested. Hours and hours of loading screens. So so bad. Seriously get a better backend team. This portal is VERY important for all legal documents, yet we can barely use it. Incredibly disappointing. Do better.

So bad App it doesn’t complete the regeneration whatever i have tried it doesn’t respond 😑
Website even worse they sent me OTP i put it the website says it’s wrong 😂

UAEPASS is plain dumb. You can’t change your pin because it keeps giving error, you can access any other app because this stupid pathetic crazy app won’t support it. Why make our lives difficult by making this pathetic app ? I tried continuously for 3 hours to change my pin, change password or even tried to pay fines but this stupid app won’t let me access any other applications to proceed.
WORST APP EVER.

Tried verifying my account over numerous times over the span of 3 months. Called into the help center at least 15 times and they always “raise a request”. I’m not sure what happens with that request because nothing ever gets done. This is such a bad app and I am unable to complete Tawtheeq because of this. Fix this or at the very least have some method of doing this manually.

If your going to require someone to use your APP to make a payment for a drivers license then make sure your APP works. I have been trying to london for 2 days now and can’t, drove 1 hr to RAK Traffic centre and they did not help either just told me to wait and try again shortly. I have tried over and over how else can I pay for my drivers license????

I wanted to upgrade my profile in this app but it seems like the waiting is forever. Please do something about the part the user has to scan their emirates ID to complete their profile
Now i want to attest some of my documents but because my this app isn't fully upgraded it doesn't let me

Need a lot of fixing, I am trying to click on upgrade my account later and it isn’t working, and I’m trying to just go with the basic version but it still won’t let me do it easily, I am pressing on the later option but it is not working at all....

I tried to register sooo many times it asks me to verify my email and verify my number within a certain time by sending a otp, I was able to verify number but I receive the otp in my email way too late when I receive it the time to enter the otp fofr verification is already over.

Complicated to sign in .. check Cant find a working kiosk .. check Cant sign in to gov pages …Check How it supposed to be easy, seriously what the point! to make our life harder or what?!?!?! UAEPASS through out the years it has never been useful and easy to use ! But it’s mandatory to us !!!!!!!!!!

Use pass doesn’t let me log on into my account as it gives me an error whenever I try to recover my account. I receive OTP and email OTP but once I try to recover my account after putting the 4 PIN number it gives me error. I hope you fix UAEPASS as soon as possible as I’m trying to log in into my MOE account.

I have downloaded UAEPASS and I’m trying to use it at DED. And UAEPASS is not opening. I’ve closed my phone several times and restarted it and it’s still not working.
UAEPASS should work on all devices.

UAEPASS needs a complete redesign. The GCAA medical renewal process used to be user friendly.
This application has made it impossible to link data despite the attempt to add a user guide of 56 pages with information.

After scanning my ID card and checking my info. There is no way to continue. Because the continue button keeps inactive.

Was working but now stopped working. Cannot sign in. Cannot receive OTP. Cannot create new account. Screen is just green with nothing. App developer: please test thoroughly.

Update: after many times trying and resetting and restarting both the phone and UAEPASS , it still would not work. Then I waited 24 hours, and like magic it started to work again.
App developer: be encouraged, but keep testing. Hopefully you can eventually make the experience needs to be consistent and reliable.

What the difference between this and smart pass! Instead of of holding many cards now we are holding many apps!

I am trying to verify the account after registration, need to scan the passport and it stucks there once i click SCAN NOW. I live outside the EUA, please check this problem. Thanks

I love the this app app and use it frequently, however, since I changed my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro, I’ve been unable to perform the video verification since the application tries to focus me out when I move closer.

Please update UAEPASS to work with the new phones.
