I had the app on my 13 pro max and no problem but now using my 15 pro max i can’t do anything on the main page there is no buttons only the logo
Unable to create an account.
It says that my account has been created but it’s not the case I can’t recover it.
When I try to create another account again it says error..
This app cannot upload at all after scanning the ID card. I want to know where can I solve this problem? Dubai is such a developed and wealthy place, why is the Internet service so backward?
I want to scan my Emirates ID but nothing happens. The photo frame goes out after a while and it does not take any picture. Please correct ASAP.

I triying to open an account (Emirates NBD) with UAE pass but no working with new EID
The apps dont work
It simply does not work. Registration is almost impossible. It does not send the required code by sms for registration. I had to call the support center in Dubai
I have account but I lost my phone and I got new one but when I logged into my account they will send me OTP on old sim which have been expired, so now I can’t login again and this app there is no option for support if any inconvenience.
