GameSir G 7 right trigger fails intermittently sticks are wild cannot get sensitivity right the button under the left side does not work vibration for right trigger does not work. I followed troubleshooting for right trigger, rebooted, reset the controller and it continues to malfunction, please replace or refund advise me of your decision
Hi I just bought the Gamesir 7 Pro Controller from Amazon.UK I have an Xbox Series X Console and coupled it up to might Laptop for any Firm Ware Updates then Put the Dongle in USB slot Tryed to pair rhe Controller after REading the INstructions but IT will not Pair to the Console

It seems like they finally brought back support to g5 controller. I got g-touch to work on the g5. First time I upgraded the firmware to the latest it upgraded but I was unable to get g-touch to work. I downgraded the firmware and updated again to the latest and g-touch is working with US official pubg mobile app. The only issue I’m having is after key mapping is complete and saved to the controller. I am noticing that 2 buttons cannot be pressed at the same time. Ex. I can’t run and jump or walk sideways and aim and shoot at the same time. I literally have to stop moving and shoot. Once they fix this I think this controller will be great. Until then I would hold off on purchasing. I do have the g6 and that is working great.

To start this i have had my Aimbox Vx2 for quite a while about 8 months if I am correct, there has been no previous issues until recently when i started using it again. I use it normally nothing is wrong for a while until i go into the app to change a setting or two then I am met with a completely different device in place of the Aimbox and it still connects me but does not show anything, there is no setting to change settings, no help manual/guide nothing, I do not want to give up on Aimbox but this is an ongoing issue that is really effecting it. Please fix this.

First off this use to be a good game pad.... somewhere down the line they got too comfortable and lazy. Your customers are telling you to fix the problems, all you did was changed your gamesir insignia emblem....... here’s a thought instead of sittin there coming up with a new image for the company why don’t you focus on the 1 major problem, which is figuring out how to fix the major IOS problem. Oh by the way in the near future, it would be nice to have a notification WARNING us in advanced not to go through with new IOS update for it might affect the game pad such as non-usable garbage afterwards..... you guys are terrible in this market.
