Was working fine but every time I need to post it says all of my photos are invalid. Really frustrating when you have deadlines to meet and literally no time to figure out what went wrong

I hate Sprinklr. We have to use it for posting on social media at my work, and it is the most complicated app I have ever used. There is no reason for me to have to jump through 15 hoops every time I want to log in to post something. It makes you change your password every couple log ins, and I don’t see the point. Whoever created Sprinklr needs to give it some more work because this is absolutely ridiculous.

This application is not easy to use. I have only been able to get o. To face book once and it toke me and my ED 20 minutes to get on it. If it was easier to us I would post more. I post all the time on my tablet. Granted it’s not connected to a company but I feel it would be easier than this I pad.

Sprinklr is extremely frustrating. It doesn’t let you post videos with ease. You have to have certain rations and has all these restrictions. Won’t post things at times. Very limiting. Find a different software

Their newest updates still don’t allow for sound notifications, to alert me to things, like push alerts.

The notifications are not timely or accurate. Most social media managers need real-time updates and notifications when a new message, tag or ping for approval comes in. Why does Sprinklr not notify you?

It seems unbelievable that in 2019, there are iPhone apps that still do not natively support iPad. Universal apps have existed for many years now. Working with the this app app in a 2x view on an iPad feels gross, especially considering how much the service costs.

You can’t select multiple social channels while posting, even getting photos from asset library is difficult.

Sprinklr was made for data people, not social people. As a community manager I find this really difficult to work with. The tools are helpful but the user experience and the simplicity are a big issue for me.

I don’t find this user friendly. Tried to submit and my first four nicknames were rejected, said they were already used? I have now tried 6 nicknames and they have all been used, really?

Sprinklr was recently updated and an additional step was added to confirm the date of the work being scheduled. Unfortunately, this is an unnecessary extra step. It was quicker to simply select the date and keep going.

Seamless experience from the enterprise tool to the mobile platform.

Sprinklr is phenomenal, it’s so easy to use, and organized. You can toggle between each command effortlessly.

Great way to stay connected to this app without having to be on this app. The notifications are incredibly helpful.

Just opened Sprinklr & got the walk through guide. Really impressive. The UI is really clean and pretty. Just wish we could access Settings!

this app is amazing I can’t even begin to describe how amazing their service is. If there is ever an issue and there rarely is, maybe like once a year if at all, it’s fixed within an hour.

Thoroughly enjoy using the this app app when on the road when I can’t access the website version on my PC. Sprinklr ’s interface is extremely user friendly to use to post and upload assets. A must use and download IMO.
