Easy to use, looks good, you can input as many line items as you want but will only show up with 3 maximum and will adjust the price to only reflect those 3 line items and not tell you for a really confused customer.
With 3 or less items it will always deduct one line item and again adjust the price and not notify you and still send for once again a confused customer.
Basically you have to total everything up into a single line item then crate a second bs line item that will not show up because apparently you have to have 2 items.
Yeah it’s free but it’s pretty crappy.

Some cool things about InvoiceMaker ie. you can send reminders and also I like the ability to mark an item as paid to help keep checks and balances.

Now to just some of the issues...

1. There’s no option to delete an invoice even if accidentally a mistake has been made. Once you’ve created an invoice there isn’t an option to edit or adjust aforementioned invoice.

2. An issue that boils my blood: you are not able to create invoice numbers using any letters and furthermore you cannot repeat an invoice number even if it’s for a different company (ie. you have multiple invoices for different companies but want to label them both as invoice 1 you’d have to call the secondary invoice 1.1 or something else) ...WACK!!!

InvoiceMaker does work but comes with issues. Grateful for some aspects but definitely be praying for patience and wondering if the makers are going to update.

InvoiceMaker is actually really user-friendly, but there are some pitfalls associated with using InvoiceMaker. Number one make sure that you know all the information you’re entering is correct and the dates are the dates you’re actually doing the invoice. Because otherwise whoever created InvoiceMaker didn’t think about people having to make adjustments to one invoice, so that featureIs not available. Which I think is the stupidest thing in the world. That’s why I give InvoiceMaker only two stars.

I was really excited when I downloaded InvoiceMaker because I need a way to create invoices when I’m on the road and not with my desktop. I am able to easily create the invoices, but when I send them, they get lost somewhere in the Internet and the recipient never gets it. I will have to find something else that works better because it’s embarrassing to tell someone you’ve sent an invoice three times and they never get it.

I use this all the time. When you and your client get the invoice, it used to be a pdf attachment. However, it is now a web link. PDFs are much easier to manage and digitally file then a url. Please bring back pdf invoices on emails. Also, please add the ability to make an invoice as NULL, as opposed to just having it be either paid or unpaid.

InvoiceMaker is really simple to use for making a quick invoice on the go and takes just a minute to create. My only issue is there isn’t a edit option from what I can see and sometime after I send an invoice to a customer they on occasion need to be adjusted and since there is no way of editing, I have to remake a new one. But again it’s fast and simple to use so not the end of the world

I sent a test invoice to be able to preview the invoice since preview isn’t an option that you can look over and see if you want to add or delete some things. I also don’t like the invoice number as the main header and no option to change it to a name. The test I sent was today June 9th but my invoice was dated as June 10th I put a payment date of immediately and that date did show up as June 9th I can’t have my invoice off by a day of when work is completed as it may show a job completed on a day I don’t work. For a basic started invoice it’s good but some changes are highly needed until then I will have to use another app.

I made a mock invoice to see how It turned out, after reading reviews, and noticed that I added 6 lines. But the invoice copy only showed 4. My total was off. And my quantities were off. Thankful that I made a fake invoice to test before I confused my customer. If this were fixed.. I’d love InvoiceMaker . The generic invoice that It makes is simple and easy to read. Just wish the 6 lines showed up. Instead of 4.

Simple and easy to use, but …
1. Wish there was a way to see a preview before sending.
2. Wish there was an ability to save a Draft version and come back and edit it later instead of having to enter all the information over again.
3. Ability to add a hard return in the Message. I added info in forms of payment accepted (pasted from a note), after I sent the invoice and viewed a copy of the actual invoice, noticed that all the Message information ran together instead of in a list format.

InvoiceMaker was very user friendly but lacked the option to apply company logo to invoice. Also, it does not allow you to edit invoices once it has been created. It would be a major plus if it stored the items sold for ease of accessibility but instead you enter the description and price of each item. It does however save the customers information to select for future invoices.

InvoiceMaker could easily earn five stars from me, however I have yet to find a way to remove an invoice that has been created. There is no delete!?! Also there’s the option to resend an invoice but no way to send a copy showing paid. Most of my customers pay on the spot and would like an invoice showing that it was paid. I can’t imagine it would be too difficult to allow us to delete Invoices or even to add a paid stamp. Such a great app but it’s really frustrating not being able to delete or change customer information as well. Once it’s created if something is incorrect do you have to go back and re-create the account while the old one still is there. This means creating a different name and can be really problematic. Please fix this for five stars

I love InvoiceMaker. It’s so easy to use! I love that it stores customer information so you don’t have to re enter all the information for second invoices.
However can you PLEASE PLEASE make a edit or delete invoice option. Especially since there is no way to preview the invoices prior to sending. I have a few “outstanding” invoices that show not being paid when really it’s just because I had to correct them and create an entirely new invoice.
To have them sitting “unpaid” is confusing at first glance. I’m thinking the only way to get rid of them is to delete my account and start fresh which is such a hassle.
If there was a way to edit/delete I’d give this 5 stars without a doubt.

Is there a way to edit? I had a spelling mistake that the customer wanted corrected. No biggie. Except it is because I cannot close or delete the old invoice without marking it paid and I cannot edit it I had to create a new one. Seems simple but I don’t build apps so maybe it’s not. If you can this would be a perfect app. If it’s something only offered in a upgraded version let me know please.

Great app. It is really easy to creat an invoice. The only thing is, there is no option to delete or void an invoice. Also I did not find a way how to edit an invoice after it’s been send. Because sometime I have a customer ask me for additional things to be added after I have send invoice and I need to go back and edit my invoice but I can’t because there is no such a option. I mean little things, but you get frustrated because you cant change it. Please fix those bugs. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I really like InvoiceMaker! It’s helpful to me as an entrepreneur to create professional invoices to send to clientele. It’s simple to use and work well.

It would be nice if we could edit items with in the invoice instead of having to delete and add item again (to change a number or a word). If you could add a feature that allows for than one email address for invoices as well. I own a dance school and sometimes other family members want to support student classes financially as well. These changes would be very beneficial. Thanks for your hard work. Looking forward to future updates!

So far I am enjoying InvoiceMaker. As another user stated, the only drawback is that there is no way to edit an invoice. I have a few customers that sometimes add on to their order after placing an initial order. Having an edit function would allow me to add to the invoice instead of creating a brand new one. Thank you.

That is if the first time someone , like myself, doesn’t check the box “send copy to my email”
There is no way to go back and do it.
I’d like to click on my past invoices and send to my email.

I wish I knew about InvoiceMaker earlier! It makes my life so much easier and helps me keep track of everything. I just open InvoiceMaker on my phone after why service and send the email right there. Fast, simple, and easy!!

InvoiceMaker has great features. I would like to be able to void an invoice. I hate that I am logged out after every use. For some reason it marks my password invalid and I have to make a new password each time I log in.

I have sent 3 invoices, but I thought I had not received a copy in my email yet. So I tried to tap on my view to print it from InvoiceMaker , but that’s not an option. I eventually found the invoices in my SPAM folder. So issue resolved.

I like the simple, visually appealing look of the invoices. They work well for me.
