Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GUTS Tickets app issues:

Force Stop the GUTS Tickets App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GUTS Tickets app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GUTS Tickets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GUTS Tickets App Cache and Data:
