Although bingo is not exactly a riveting action game this impressive little developer has amazing customer service. I was a little confused by the ads when I opened up a new board challenge and spent some coins for something I did not intent too. They not only replied to my ticket very quickly but gave me a refund with no hassle and a smile. Amazing customer service I must say and I will continue to use this bingo app whenever I want something more simple an a break from the usual mmo’s and such

I play lots of these bingo games. This is my newest Bingo App to add to my addiction, LOL! My only issue is the lack of reward coins/boosts.. or the small amount of them given! I don’t mind spending my own dollars on games that I enjoy. Especially lately.. with Covid/being stuck inside all day.. somedays fun Apps are all I got!! Anyways, in my short time playing BingoLucky... I’ve annoyed friends to “join” so I could get coin rewards.. yet, got nothing. I’ve bought many coins/boosts in the game.. yet when I’m doing well.. I rarely receive them as reward. Kind of a bummer since it’s a cool game, good graphics, creative Bingo levels... just compared to the others.. it’s super STINGY with coins!!! Just boosting up the prizes here and there may make ppl play longer instead of going back to the other Bingo games that payout very well! Thanks!!!

Chests take for ever to open if you find them; their are times when I had a bingo but took forever to send; just several minutes ago I could of had several bingos but connection over and over again and kicks you out and refusing on letting me back in; their has been games where it is practically impossible to win with or without power ups and they want you watch videos and you can only have the coins if you download the advertisement game!!! Also takes forever to complete rich assets because they need a certain # of particular duplicated cards!!! Collections take forever because you need a certain amount of a particular item and it takes for ever; you can’t land with it after you picked it in the bonus game if they have one; they make you pay a lot of money for one thing or another!!! People shouldn’t waste their money on games !!!

When I started playing this bingo game, I loved it. Now it’s impossible to get credits or chips unless you spend a hefty amount of money. I am still working on the first map. In the beginning it was delightful. I had hope that I was going to collect all the items. Half a year to finish the map & still working on that last item I need. My friends list. Don’t receive credits. During the Corona Virus you would think you would be more considerate. Unemployment rates are sky high & what do you do increase the prices for your credits & make the odds of winning credits almost impossible. No you don’t deserve the price of Elite Membership.
You just take advantage that there is more people at home unemployed. Shame on you! This is the reason why the world is ending. What do you think about the Corona Virus? This world is full of corruption & greed. Very little love.

This bingo app seems to have it all. Fair token cost in each room with minimal other players, rewards every hour or half hour, matches start up again quick after they end... But the powerups are a really big let down. There's absolutely not enough chances to win them through chests and there isn't another way to get them unless you pay in cash. Industry titans like Bingo Blitz let you use coins earned during the game to buy more powerups. BingoLucky could seriously benefit from doing the same or at least increasing the chances of winning them through chests and increasing how many you can win. As it stands now, your chances of earning powerups are way too slim. Be prepared to run out quick and remain out unless you pay cash.

I really love playing this version of Bingo more than others. The gift giving needs a serious overhaul though. I’ve obtained many fellow bingo playing friends, but the only way to do that is to make them Facebook friends first. I don’t really care for that but that’s not the worst of it. After you amass all of those FB friends, the game only allows you to collect 4 coins total every six hours, no matter how many are sent to you. It takes ~120 as a minimum just to play the game. Otherwise, you must buy coins with real money. You can earn some coins in several manners as well, which is great but not enough to play for very long. Allow us to play the games without having to go broke please! 🙏🏻

Used to be fun to play but their only source of income is from players, and they keep making it harder and harder to win (the ways you DON’T win defies odds on a regular basis). I played one hour on the $10 I spent.

Their response: "Sorry for your unpleasant feeling. Use more power-ups and play with more cards will help increase your chance of winning as well as increase your payout. It's suggested to turn on Push Notification and follow our Facebook fan page to get more free bonuses every day. Hope you could give Bingo another try. We're sure it will bring you hours of fun!"

In other words, SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY! Not going to happen; it’s been deleted and on to other, more fair games.

The power ups don’t work half the time. They just sit there and blink. Really aggravating because when you are in competition the power ups are useful especially when you see double stars. Next, you don’t actually win any chips. If you do the most you win is 10 considering you put in 160 coins (approximately) for 4 cards. Why play this game if you can’t win coins. I’ve already made a purchase for more chips. Also it seems as if you win 1st place (which I have done a few times) you would get extra coins but nope, only 5-10 coins after you subtract the amount of coins you put into the game. Bad bad bad! Waste of your time

I have played many bingo games over the last 10 years... 2 specifically each for many years but they started to get greedy & made you spend large amounts to play. So I dropped them & started looking for new bingo games... dropped those that want you to purchase without having fun playing. Yes, this game also wants you to purchase but they also give back.. you can enjoy playing w/o giving them your first born!! You can play for a while w/o spending anything... they have wonderful rewards which make it addictive as well. It’s just more fun to play!

I love the game but it’s really hard to get power ups without having to make purchases...I don’t really think it’s right that you have to buy what it takes to win. I’m not sure about continuing to play because I also have all the household bills to pay out of pocket as part as I live on my own...so I like the game that’s why I gave it 5 stars...but I think they should have it where it’s free to earn a lot of the power ups without having to go broke in the meantime :(

I’m so disappointed that I checked in with this game everyday for 6-8 months so I built up coins and props for the weekend. For about a week I noticed I was no longer seeing the bonus boxes they have for doing that. I figured they stopped it and moved on. BingoLucky would blow by signing in Facebook or apple in a blink of an eye so that option wasn’t available. I don’t think I would have signed in with Facebook anyway to be fair.
Yesterday I opened BingoLucky and everything was gone. The Facebook and apple sign in are right there now. I was on version 6.9 so I saw an update to 7 and that didn’t help.
I have to find a new Bingo to be loyal to now.
I know this is a small issue in life but I thought I’d let others know it can happen.

I love playing this game but have lost so many coins due to BingoLucky glitching me out, while me not being able to play and or I end up clicking bingo and right when I click it BingoLucky force closes me out and I don’t get the coins I’ve won! Then, I “contact support” (Daisy Smith) and every time I try to go in the message(s) it says “failed to load messages/content”!! Super frustrating and infuriating! It’s a shame that this likeable game has these stupid issues that constantly affect gameplay and people who do enjoy playing it and for those who actually invest money into it. *FIX THIS STUPID PROBLEM*

BingoLucky is absolutely the worst Bingo game. App crashes constantly and then days later some tokens are refunded but it takes forever just to submit the feedback and most of the time it fails. I’ve made a lot of in app purchases and if they are not refunded then I am reporting BingoLucky to the BBB. BingoLucky STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED- freezes and crashes but does not refund your tokens or power ups or purchases. Only bingo game that does this, terrible! They still have not fixed the issues of the game freezing and crashing. Other Bingo apps had this problem but have fixed it. I was denied a refund for my purchases which would be the least they could do. This is a scam and they won’t fix it because they are making too much money off of it. Ridiculous

I agree with almost everything the first reviewer said. Especially spinning the wheel. I get the same stupid prize 90% of the time. When it looks like I might get a better prize, I can actually see the wheel move to the lesser prize at the last minute.
Also, the number of players left drops down to zero from halfway through the game with no proper countdown. One minute you’re playing and the next the game is over. Getting really frustrated with this game so may just play the other ones I have instead.

The best that I ever played. I have so many apps on bingo but I always delete because I get bored with them. What I like about this bingo is that you let us know when we have bingo and you have so many variety’s. So far so good. Well I can take it back. It’s no fun anymore. I played so many games and kept getting lines after line and no pay back. Well it’s another app to throw in the garbage. It’s just about our money that you want.

I play several Bingo apps, but am able to play more on BingoLucky because there are several different ways to earn coins - some easy, some a bit more difficult. I do like the collections where coins are earned but wish it was a little easier to complete them. Really like that there are so many bingo games to choose from and new ones being added quite often.

I have been playing your game for a couple of weeks now and I do enjoy the idea Of collecting items to win prizes, I do however have a small issue game cost 80 tokens to play 4 cards classic , but when I do win a game I’m only getting 20 winning tokens, so no matter what I’m losing and soon I’ll be out of tokens and I will be deleting your game cause I am not buying coins just so I can lose them only to have to buy more, if I’m to keep playing then I would suggest making your winning bingo higher, maybe that why there are such few player cause of this.

I’ve already rated this game, but they keep asking me to rate it. So I’m giving it 5 stars. I can see a few issues with the game. There are too many “guests” winning top spots in the tournaments. There are problems in some games where you can keep clicking on a called number and it won’t let you daub it... but it offers lots of games that I enjoy, so I just keep playing it.

Was really having fun with BingoLucky till recently when a lot more people started playing and playing with 4/8 cards. I think you consider adding a feature that separates players to games/rooms depending on the number of cards they’re playing cause when a player who prefers playing only 2 cards a game (me for example) gets dropped into a room full of 4/8 card players they don’t stand a chance it’s totally unfair within 5 minutes the 18 to 23 bingos are called and I barely have 14 daubs between my 2 cards. I will be deleting when my tokens/power ups run out

This is really a good game but you guys need to tweak things a little. How is it you play a game with two boards for 30 which equal 60 but when you bingo you only win your 30 coins back. It should be a lot more especially when paying against people. Or if you’re going to keep it how you are doing it please give us daily codes to redeem of a total of 1500 coins or solve a puzzle or riddle to get those coins. I’m really not complaining about rarely getting a bingo because hey you can’t win them all but please fix your point and coin system. Because for what we’re playing and getting it’s honestly not enough
