I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with Cars24. When I purchased my car, the buying process and communication were excellent, and I even paid AED 1,700 for an additional warranty. However, after delivery, when I approached your team regarding some issues and warranty support, the behavior and attitude were completely different.
It’s clear to me now that the customer experience at Cars24 changes drastically after the sale is completed. I feel misled and regret trusting the service promises made during the purchase.
If anyone wants to truly understand the difference between Cars24’s sales behavior and after-sales service, they just need to buy a car and face an issue — then they’ll see the reality.
I don’t know if this message will reach the management or the owner, but I’ve decided one thing for sure — I will never purchase a car from Cars24 again, and I will advise my friends, relatives, and staff to avoid Cars24 as well.
